Invitations and Stores You Have Access To

You respond to the store invitations sent to you with Accept or Reject; the stores you accept are listed on the same page and from there you jump to…

Where to find: The My Account page in the store owner panel (it opens by itself when you enter the panel without a business of your own) Who it's for: People who do not have their own business but were invited to someone else's store as staff/partner. In short: You respond to the store invitations sent to you with Accept or Reject; the stores you accept are listed on the same page and from there you jump to the management panel. If you want, you can also create your own business from the same page.

What does it do?

There are two ways to work in a store on Treyza: either you create your own business, or you are invited to someone else's store.

If you were invited, a store is linked to your account, but that link stays pending until you confirm it. This page does exactly that confirmation job. The page's title is My Account and the description below it is View your invitations, manage partner stores, or create your own business.

There are three sections on the page:

  1. Invitations — invitations waiting for a response.
  2. Stores You Have Access To — the stores you accepted and are a member of.
  3. Create Your Own Business — if you want to open your own business.

Tip: What happens on the sending side of an invitation (whom you invite and how, which permissions you grant) is described on a separate page: Team Members (Store Members).

How do you get to this page?

If you have no business of your own and an invitation was sent to you — or you already have staff access in a store — the panel brings you straight to this page when you sign in. Even if you try to go to another page, you are redirected back here.

At the very top of the page there is a plain bar: the Treyza logo, the language switcher, the light/dark theme button and the user menu. The top menu with sections such as products and orders is not shown here, because you do not have a business of your own yet.

The Invitations card

If you have an invitation waiting for a response, a card titled Invitations appears at the top of the page. Its description: View and respond to store invitations sent to you.

Each invitation is a single row and shows the following:

InformationWhat does it show?
Envelope iconThe icon on the left of the row; it marks this as an invitation.
Store nameIn bold, the name of the store that invited you.
Business nameBelow the store name in small type; the business the store belongs to.
Pending badgeShows that the invitation has not been answered yet.
Accept / RejectThe response buttons.

Tip: For users with no pending invitation this card does not appear at all. Only the Stores You Have Access To and Create Your Own Business cards remain on the page.

Responding to an invitation (step by step)

  1. Read the store name and the business name in the invitation row and confirm the invitation came from where you expected.
  2. Press Accept to accept it, or Reject if you do not want it.
  3. While the action is running, a spinning wait icon appears on the button.
  4. The result notification appears: Invitation accepted or Invitation rejected. If something goes wrong it reads Action failed.
  5. The invitation you answered is removed from the list.

The difference between accepting and rejecting

ResponseWhat happens?
AcceptYour store membership becomes active, the store is added to the Stores You Have Access To list on the same page, and the person who invited you is notified.
RejectThe invitation record is deleted, it disappears from the list, and the person who invited you is notified.

Warning: The Reject action cannot be undone. You cannot bring back an invitation you rejected on your own; if you want access, the store owner has to invite you again.

Stores You Have Access To

The stores of the invitations you accepted are gathered in this card. The card's description: Stores you are a member of. Click to jump to the management panel.

Only stores that belong to someone else and where you are a member appear in this list. If you have no such store, the card does not appear at all.

Each row contains the following:

InformationWhat does it show?
Building icon and store nameThe store you have access to.
Role badgeYour role in this store: Admin, Staff or Owner.
Inactive badgeAppears only if the store is closed.
SettingsOpens the store settings page.
ManageOpens the store's management panel in a new tab.

Why aren't the buttons the same for everyone?

The buttons in the row appear according to the permissions granted to you:

ButtonWhen does it appear?
SettingsIf you have permission to view or change store settings.
ManageIf you have permission in at least one section such as products, orders or customers.

Warning: If the store is Inactive, both buttons become unclickable. This is not a permission problem; when the store is reopened the buttons work again. Only the store owner can open or close the store.

Create Your Own Business

The card at the bottom of the page is the shortcut you use if you want to open your own store. Its description: Want to open your own store? Get started by entering your business details.

  1. Press the Create Business button.
  2. You go to the Create Your Business screen and the normal setup path begins: business name → plan selection → business details.

The whole of that path is described here: First Setup: Welcome, Plan Selection and Business Information.

Tip: Creating your own business does not end your membership in someone else's store. The two run side by side; your own stores appear under My Stores and the stores you are a member of under the Partner Stores tab.

Frequently asked questions

An invitation was sent but I can't see it on this page. An invitation lands in the account that owns the e-mail address it was sent to. Make sure you signed in to the panel with the address the invitation was sent to.

I pressed Reject by mistake. Since the invitation is deleted, you cannot undo it. Ask the store owner to invite you again.

I accepted but there is no Manage button. You may not have been given permission in sections such as products or orders; if you only have access to settings, only the Settings button appears. Write to the store owner for a permission change.

The buttons are faded and don't respond. The store is Inactive. When the store is reopened the buttons work again.

I can't leave this page and go to other parts of the panel. As long as you have no business of your own, the panel keeps you on this page. You do your product and order work in the management panel that opens with the Manage button.

If I create my own business, do I leave the store I was invited to? No. Your membership continues; after you create your own business you will see those stores under the Partner Stores tab on the My Stores page.
