Delivery Zones
You add the countries you deliver to, choose one of them as primary, and disable the cities you don't deliver to one by one.
Where to find: Store Settings → Delivery Zones tab Who it's for: Those who want to set which countries and cities they will deliver to. In short: You add the countries you deliver to, choose one of them as primary, and disable the cities you don't deliver to one by one.
What does it do?
The Delivery Zones tab determines where your store will ship to. At the start of the section there is a "Delivery Zones" heading and the description "Manage the countries and cities your store delivers to." It consists of two sections.
Tip: All changes in this tab apply instantly; there is no separate Save button.
1. Countries Delivered To
"Set the countries your store delivers to. At least one country must be defined."
The countries you add are listed as tags (badges). The country with a star on it is the primary country.
To add a country: From the Select country box below the list (you can search), select a country and press the Add button. The "Country added" notification appears.
To change the primary country: Press the star button ("Set as Primary") on the tag of the country you want to make primary. The "Primary country updated" notification appears.
To remove a country: Press the **** button on the country tag. A confirmation window opens:
- Title: Remove Country
- Description: "Are you sure you want to remove {ülke} from your delivery zones? All city blocks for this country will also be removed."
- Buttons: Yes / No
Warning: When you remove a country, all city blocks you defined for that country are also deleted. If you add the country again later, you will have to disable the cities from scratch. Also, at least one country must remain defined; if only one country is left, you cannot remove it.
2. City Management
"You can disable cities you don't deliver to. Orders cannot be placed to disabled cities."
In this section, the cities of the country you select are listed one by one, and there is an on-off switch next to each city:
- If you have more than one country, first select the country from the "Select a country to see its cities" box.
- In the list, if you leave the switch on for a city, delivery is made to that city; if you turn it off, that city is closed to delivery and orders cannot be placed there.
If there are no cities to display, the "No cities found to display" message appears.
Tip: By default all cities are open. You only need to disable the cities you don't deliver to; you don't need to touch the rest.
