Shipping Pricing
You manage the default shipping fee, automatic rules based on the cart amount, and city-based special fees here.
Where to find: Store Settings → Shipping Pricing tab Who it's for: Those who want to set the shipping fee, create free shipping rules based on the cart amount, or define special fees for certain cities. In short: You manage the default shipping fee, automatic rules based on the cart amount, and city-based special fees here.
What does it do?
The Shipping Pricing tab contains the rules that determine the shipping fee the customer will pay. It works in three layers: a default fee, automation rules based on the cart amount, and city rates specific to certain cities. At the start of the section there is a "Shipping Pricing" heading and the description "Manage the default shipping fee, cart amount automations, and city-based shipping fees."
1. Activation and default fee
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Shipping Pricing Active | "Enable the shipping pricing system" — if off, shipping pricing does not work |
| Default Shipping Fee | "The fixed shipping fee that applies when no automation matches." |
After changing these two settings, press the Save button below this section; the "Shipping pricing settings saved" notification appears.
Tip: The default fee is the answer to the question "what does the customer pay if no special rule kicks in?" The automation and city rules below replace this default when applicable.
2. Cart Amount Automations
"Set shipping fee rules based on the Cart Amount." For example, rules like "free shipping over 150 TL" are defined here. The rules are listed in a table:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the rule |
| Min Amount (₺) | The lowest cart amount for which the rule is valid |
| Max Amount (₺) | The highest cart amount |
| Shipping Fee (₺) | The fee charged when this rule is valid (if free, a "Free" badge is shown) |
| Priority | Which one takes precedence if more than one rule matches |
| Status | Whether the rule is active/inactive |
If there are no rules, the "No automations added yet." message appears.
To add a new rule:
- Press the Add Automation button. In the window that opens, fill in these fields: Name, Min Amount, Max Amount, Free Shipping switch, (if not free) Shipping Fee, Priority, and the active switch.
- When you confirm the window, the rule is saved instantly ("Automation created").
To edit an existing rule, press the pencil icon on the row; to delete it, press the trash can icon. Deletion applies instantly ("Automation deleted").
Tip: To set up a free shipping threshold, add a new automation, write the threshold (for example 150) in Min Amount, and turn on the Free Shipping switch. This way shipping is free for carts of 150 TL and above.
3. City-Based Shipping Fees
"Define a special shipping fee for specific cities." These rules are listed in a table:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| City | The city for which the rule is valid |
| Shipping Fee (₺) | The fee charged for that city |
| Override Automations | If "Overriding", cart amount rules are disabled for this city; if "Normal", they work together |
| Status | Active/inactive |
If there are no records, the "No city-based fee added yet." message appears.
To add a new city fee:
- Press the Add City Rate button.
- In the window that opens, select a Country and City (you can find them with the search boxes), enter the Shipping Fee, and if needed turn on the Override Automations switch ("If active, cart amount automations are disabled for this city.").
- When you confirm the window, it is saved instantly ("City shipping fee created").
Warning: If you turn on the Override Automations switch for a city, cart rules like "free shipping over 150 TL" will not work in that city; the customer always pays the city fee defined here. Use this switch carefully so you don't unintentionally cancel your free shipping campaigns in certain cities.
Summary of saving behavior

|---|---|

Frequently asked questions
If there is both an automation and a city fee, which one applies? If Override Automations is on for the city, that city's fee applies and the cart rules do not work. If it is not on, the rules are evaluated together.
What happens if no rule matches? The customer pays the Default Shipping Fee you set at the top.
