Account Settings (My Company)

You manage your business's basic profile and the official company/tax/address information that will appear on your invoices across two tabs.

What does it do?

The My Company page contains the information of your account/business, not of your individual stores. Here you keep your business's name and the official information that will be used on your invoices. The page consists of two tabs: Profile and Billing Information.

Profile (Business Profile)

"Edit your business's basic information."

FieldDescription
Business NameYour business's name (required). If you leave it empty, the "Business name is required" warning appears.
EmailYour business email address

After editing, press the Save button; if successful, the "Profile updated" notification appears.

Billing Information

"Your company and tax information that will appear on your invoices." The information in this tab is used on issued invoices; that's why it's important to enter it correctly and completely.

Company NameThe company name that will appear on the invoice (required). If you leave it empty, the "Company name is required" warning appears.
Tax NumberTax identification (VKN) or TC identity (TCKN) number. "Tax number must be 10 (VKN) or 11 (TCKN) digits"
CountrySearchable select box ("Search country...")
CitySearchable select box. A country must be selected first; until it is selected, "Select a country first" is shown
Tax OfficeSearchable select box ("Search tax office...")
AddressFull address
EmailBilling email address
PhonePhone number

Tip: Country → City → Tax Office are filled in order. When you first select the country, the city list opens, and when you select the city, the list of relevant tax offices opens.

After editing, press the Save button; if successful, the "Billing information updated" notification appears.

Warning: Billing information is used exactly as entered on issued invoices. Tax Number is not saved if it does not follow the digit-count rule (10 digits for VKN, 11 digits for TCKN). Wrong information can lead to incorrect invoices being issued; carefully check the information you enter.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the City field disabled? City depends on the country selection. First select the Country field; then the city list opens.

For which store is this information valid? My Company information is not store-based but business (account) based; it is used for your entire business in billing.
