Team Members (Store Members)
You invite members to your store by email, define which areas each member can access (permissions), and suspend/remove members.
Where to find: In the store owner panel, My Stores → the relevant store's Members button Who it's for: Those who want to manage their store together with others (employee, partner, designer) and give them limited permissions. In short: You invite members to your store by email, define which areas each member can access (permissions), and suspend/remove members.
What does it do?
The Store Members screen lets you manage your store with more than one person. By inviting a person, you give them certain permissions; this way they participate in the management of your store under your control. At the top of the page you'll find the "Store Members" heading and the "Total {count} members" information.
Permission types
You can give a member three separate permissions. You can choose any combination you want:
| Permission | What does it provide? |
|---|---|
| Store Settings | Access to store settings (the settings tabs in this panel) |
| Store Management | Access to the store management panel (products, orders, customers, etc.) |
| Theme Editor | Access to the Theme Editor that designs the store's appearance |
Tip: Give permissions according to need. For example, it's enough to give someone who will only do design just Theme Editor, and someone who will handle orders the Store Management permission.
Inviting a member
- Press the Invite Member button. In the dialog that opens: "Invite a user to this store's management team."
- Type the address of the person you'll invite in the Email field (placeholder:
user@example.com). If you leave it empty, the "Email address is required" warning appears. - From the Permissions section, check the permissions you want to give (initially all three are checked).
- Press the Invite Member button. If successful, the "Invitation sent successfully" notification appears.
The invited person appears in the list with the Pending status until they accept their invitation.
Member list
If there are no members yet, the text "No members have been assigned to this store yet." appears. Members are listed in a table; in each row:
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The member's name |
| The member's email address | |
| Status | Active (working), Pending (invitation not accepted), or Suspended (temporarily stopped) |
| Permissions | The permissions given to the member (as labels) |
Row actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Status toggle | Suspends/activates the member. ("Member suspended" / "Member activated"). Does not appear for members in the Pending status. |
| Edit Permissions (shield icon) | Opens the window for updating the member's permissions |
| Remove Member (trash can icon) | Removes the member from the store |
Editing permissions
In the window that opens when you press the shield icon ("Update permissions for {name}."), you change the permission checkboxes and save. If successful, the "Permissions updated" notification appears.
Removing a member
When you press the trash can icon, a confirmation dialog opens:
- Title: Remove Member
- Description: "Are you sure you want to remove the member named {name} from this store?"
If you confirm, the "Member removed" notification appears.
Warning: Removing a member is an action that cannot be undone. The person you remove loses access to the store; to access it again, you need to invite them again. If you want to temporarily stop their access, instead of removing you can suspend the member with the Status toggle.
Frequently asked questions
I invited someone but the person appears as "Pending" in the list. This is normal. The person stays in the Pending status until they accept the invitation. When they accept, their status becomes Active.
Can I temporarily stop a member without deleting them? Yes. With the Status toggle on the row you can set the member to the Suspended status; later you can reactivate them with the same toggle.
Custom Domain
You connect a domain name you own to your store, add and verify the DNS records. Your default address {store}.treyza.shop keeps working.
Account Settings (My Company)
You manage your business's basic profile and the official company/tax/address information that will appear on your invoices across two tabs.
