Marketplace Selling — Overview
You connect your marketplace account from Integrations, publish each product one by one from the Sales Channels card on its own edit page, and incoming…
Where to find: There is no separate "Marketplace" menu in the panel. The work happens in three different places: connection → Left menu → Integrations; publishing products → Left menu → Catalog → Products → open the product → Sales Channels card; orders → Left menu → Orders Who it's for: Anyone who wants to sell on a marketplace such as Trendyol alongside their own store In short: You connect your marketplace account from Integrations, publish each product one by one from the Sales Channels card on its own edit page, and incoming orders land in the regular Orders list.
Read this first: there is no separate "Marketplace" screen
If you have used this panel before or read older instructions, we know you are looking for a section called Marketplace in the left menu with Overview / Category Mapping / Listings / Orders / Profitability tabs inside it. Those screens were removed.
Today, marketplace selling is spread across three places you already use in the panel:
| What do you want to do? | Where do you go? |
|---|---|
| Connect my marketplace account | Left menu → Integrations → Marketplaces |
| Publish a product on the marketplace | Left menu → Catalog → Products → open the product → Sales Channels card |
| See orders coming from the marketplace | Left menu → Orders (there is no separate list) |
Think of it as "a system that works product by product": on each product's own page you see and manage that product's marketplace status. There is no combined list screen that shows them all together.
Which marketplace can you connect right now?
The only marketplace you can connect right now is Trendyol. If you have more than one Trendyol account, you can connect each of them separately.
End-to-end flow (the order from start to finish)
This is the full order of steps for putting a product on sale on the marketplace. Do not skip steps; each one depends on the previous.
- Connect the account. Integrations → Marketplaces → Trendyol → enter your API details → Enable Integration → Save. → Details: Connecting the Marketplace Account (Trendyol)
- Enter a barcode on the product. Fill in the Barcode field in the Inventory card of the product form. On a variant product, every variant must have its own barcode.
A product without a barcode cannot be published on the marketplace — the publish switch stays disabled.
- Publish from the Sales Channels card. Open the product and turn on the switch next to the channel in the Sales Channels card further down. → Details: Publishing a Product on the Marketplace (Sales Channels Card)
- Do the mapping. The marketplace must know which category and which brand your product belongs to. If a Mapping missing badge appears on the card, use Edit mapping to choose the category, the brand and the required attributes. → Details: Mapping (Category, Brand and Attributes)
- Hit Send. The Send button on the card pushes the product to the marketplace.
The push already starts automatically the moment you save the mapping; the Send button is there for retrying later.
- Track the status. On the marketplace, the product first becomes Processing, then Active or Rejected. You can pull the latest status with the Refresh Status button on the card. → Details: Statuses and Errors
- An order arrives. An order coming from the marketplace lands in the regular Orders list with a Marketplace badge on it. → Details: Marketplace Orders
What does the system do, and what do you do?
This table clears up the most commonly confused topic in marketplace selling. Anything marked automatic runs by itself in the background; there is no button for it in the panel and you cannot trigger it manually.
| Task | How does it happen? |
|---|---|
| Pulling orders | Automatic, every 5 minutes. There is no manual trigger button. |
| Pushing stock and price | Automatic, every 15 minutes. There is no manual trigger button. |
| Pulling product statuses | Automatic, every 10 minutes + immediately via the Refresh Status button on the card if you want. |
| Pushing the product to the marketplace | Manual: the Send button on the card. (It is also triggered automatically once when you save the mapping.) |
| Collecting commission / payout data | Automatic, every night at 03:00. Collected in the background. |
Be patient. When you change a product's stock, that change does not reach the marketplace instantly; it goes out within 15 minutes at the latest. Likewise, an order created on the marketplace lands in the panel within 5 minutes at the latest. Refreshing the screen does not shorten this.
Isn't there a "pull now" button? For orders and stock, no. Only the product push (Send) and the product status (Refresh Status) can be triggered manually; both live in the Sales Channels card.
There is no screen today that shows net profit after commission
To be honest: there is currently no page in the panel that answers "how much did I earn on the marketplace this month after commission?" on a single screen. Commission data is collected in the background every night, but no screen shows it to you.
The closest figure is the Estimated Profit card on the Overview screen (the dashboard) in the left menu:
- The calculation is: Net Revenue − Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- This figure does not include marketplace commission; in other words it looks higher than your real marketplace profit.
- It is also an estimate, because "cost" is calculated from the product's current cost price.
To partly compensate for this gap you can use the Commission markup (%) field in the Sales Channels card: the price sent to the marketplace is increased by the percentage you enter, so the commission is baked into the selling price.

What needs to be ready before you start
| Requirement | Why is it needed? | Where? |
|---|---|---|
| A Trendyol seller account and API details | The connection cannot be made | Your Trendyol seller panel |
| Product barcode (a barcode per variant if the product has variants) | The publish switch will not turn on | Product form → Inventory card |
| Product images | The marketplace rejects a product without images | Product form → images card |
| Correct price information | The list price cannot be lower than the sale price | Product form → Pricing card |
| Marketplace category + brand mapping | The product cannot be sent | Sales Channels card → Edit mapping |
Frequently asked
I can't find the Marketplace section in the left menu. There is no such section. The connection is in Integrations, publishing is in the Sales Channels card on each product's own page, and orders are in the Orders list.
The Sales Channels card doesn't show on my product page. Most likely there is no connected and enabled marketplace yet, or you have not saved the product yet. See Connecting the Marketplace Account (Trendyol).
Can I send all my products to the marketplace at once? No. In the current flow publishing is done product by product; there is no bulk push screen.
Can I ship a marketplace order from the panel? The order lands in the list like any other order and you use the regular order screens. For shipping and status flow see Shipping / Shipment (On the Order Detail).
Should I change the price in the panel or on Trendyol? In the panel. Price and stock are sent automatically from Treyza to the marketplace (every 15 minutes). A change you make manually on the marketplace side may be overwritten on the next sync.
