Marketplace — Overview
You send your store products to marketplaces, pull in the orders that come from there, sync stock/price, and track profitability from a single panel.
Where to find: Left menu → Marketplace Who it's for: Anyone who also wants to sell their products on marketplaces like Trendyol In short: You send your store products to marketplaces, pull in the orders that come from there, sync stock/price, and track profitability from a single panel.
What is marketplace integration?
If you sell not only on your own site but also on marketplaces like Trendyol, Hepsiburada, managing them one by one from each site's own panel is tiring. The Marketplace section lets you manage them all from Treyza:
- Lists (sends) your products to the marketplace.
- Automatically pulls in the orders coming from the marketplace.
- Automatically syncs stock and price (when stock drops in one place, it drops everywhere).
- Calculates your real profit after commission/cost.
You must connect a marketplace first
Before using this section, you need to connect a marketplace account from the Integrations page. If no marketplace is connected, the screen shows "No marketplace connected — To get started, connect a marketplace account from the Integrations page." and a Go to Integrations button appears.
If more than one marketplace is connected, you switch to that marketplace's data by selecting one from the channel selector at the top of the page.
Five tabs (sections)
The Marketplace panel is divided into tabs:
| Tab | What does it do? | Document |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | Summary + quick sync actions + channel settings. | (this document) |

Quick Actions (sync buttons)
There are four buttons. They all also run automatically; these buttons are for "do it right now":
| Button | What does it do? | Automatic run |
|---|---|---|
| Pull Orders | Pulls new orders from the marketplace and matches them with your store orders. | Every 5 minutes |
| Send Stock/Price | Sends changed stock/prices to the marketplace. | Every 15 minutes |
| Finance Sync | Pulls settlements (commission information) and updates profitability. | Every night at 03:00 |
| Update Product Statuses | Updates the approval/rejection status of sent products on the marketplace. | Every 10 minutes |
Most of the time you don't need to press these buttons; the system already syncs in the background. You use them to trigger immediately in an urgent situation.
Channel Settings
- Commission Share (%): Your product price is sent to the marketplace with an addition at this rate. The goal is to reflect the commission the marketplace will take in the price. (If you enter a special price for a product separately, that takes priority.)
Typical setup flow (start to finish)
- Connect the marketplace from Integrations.
- Category Mapping: map your store categories to marketplace categories (once).
- Listing: add products and send them to the marketplace.
- Orders: track incoming orders.
- Profitability: see how much you actually earned.

Email Campaign Detail (Statistics)
A report screen showing how many people a campaign reached, how many opened it, and how many clicked.
Category Mapping
You link your store category (e.g. "Men's Shirt") to the marketplace's category once; all products in that category automatically inherit this mapping.
