Order List

The table where all your orders are listed row by row. From here you search, filter, and go into the detail.

Where to find: Left menu → Orders Who it's for: Anyone who views, searches, and filters orders In short: The table where all your orders are listed row by row. From here you search, filter, and go into the detail.

First warning: the default filter

This list shows only "Paid" orders when first opened. To see orders with pending payment, change the Payment status filter or click Clear filters. (Detail: Orders — Overview)

Top bar

The top bar is a single row and always stays in place: it does not shift while data loads, while you pick filters, or while you select rows.

On the left:

  • Search box ("Search..."): Searches information like order number, customer name, email, and city.
  • Status and Payment status: The two most used quick filters. When you make a selection, a count badge appears on the button.
  • Filters: Collects every filter (Status, Payment status, Risk, Order Type, Order Source, Tags, Delivery city, Delivery district) in a single side panel. The badge on the button shows how many filter selections are active. The panel footer has Clear filters and Close.

On the right:

Right above the table there are also saved view tabs (only All at the start). To name and save your filters and return to them with one click, see Order Tags and Saved Views.

Row actions

In the menu at the end of each row, there is currently a single option:

OptionWhat does it do?
ViewOpens the order's detail page.

Operations like changing status, returns, cancellation, and invoicing are done on the order detail page (see Order Operations (Status, Payment, Return, Cancellation, E-Invoice)).

Customizing columns

Open ⋯ More actions → Customize Columns in the top bar to hide columns you don't need. The Customer and checkbox columns are always visible (cannot be hidden). The menu stays open after each toggle so you can switch several columns in a row. Your preference is saved automatically in your browser.

Multiple selection

Using the checkboxes at the start of rows, you can select multiple orders (the topmost box selects all). How many you have selected is shown at the bottom.

Once you select some, a floating selection bar appears at the bottom of the screen: "N orders selected" · the Bulk Actions menu · Clear selection (). The top bar does not change at all meanwhile.

From the Bulk Actions menu you can change the status of the selected orders in bulk (Confirmed · Preparing · Shipped · Delivered · Cancelled) or tag them in bulk with Tag.

Exporting the selection: Export lives in one place only — ⋯ More actions → Export in the top bar. While rows are selected this option reads Export selected, and you can pick the "selected" scope in the export window.

A bulk status change applies exactly the same rules as the single-order flow: an order whose payment is incomplete cannot be shipped, a cancelled/refunded order cannot be advanced, and an order whose payment has been collected is not cancelled in bulk either. Orders that do not qualify are never skipped silently — they are reported with a reason. Details: Bulk Actions in Lists.

Pagination (bottom of the table)

  • Rows per page: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 (default 10).
  • Page X / Y indicator and forward/back arrows (<< first, < previous, > next, >> last).

When there are no orders

If no orders have come in yet:

  • A shopping cart icon
  • "No orders yet" heading
  • "New orders will be listed here as they come in." description
  • A New Order button

If you see "No orders yet" but you know you've received an order: most likely the Payment status filter is stuck on "Paid". Clear the filter.

Common tasks

Finding an order: Type the order number / customer name into the search box.

Seeing pending (unpaid) orders: Also select "Pending" in the Payment status filter.

Managing an order: Click the row → the detail page opens.

Entering an order manually: Click the New Order button.
