This document explains the information on the page. The operations you can perform from this page (changing status, returns, cancellation, invoicing) are in a separate file: Order Operations (Status, Payment, Return, Cancellation, E-Invoice).
Page structure
From top to bottom, there are these sections:
- Top summary card — order number, date, total, last update.
- Action toolbar — status change and other action buttons (see the operations document).
- Customer Information and Status History cards.
- Delivery Address and Billing Address cards.
- Payment Information (if any) and Bank Transfer/EFT Information (if any).
- Order Products table + Payment Summary.
- E-Invoice / E-Archive section.
- Notes / comments section.
1. Top summary card
At the very top, the identifying information of the order:
- Order no
- Order date
- Total amount
- Last update date
- Manual Order / Marketplace / Pre-Order badges, if any.
2. Customer Information card
- The customer's profile picture, full name, and email.
- Email, Phone, and Order date information.
- If the customer is a registered member, you can click their name to go to the customer profile.
3. Status History card
Shows how the order's status has changed over time:
- Each row: old status → new status, date, and who made the change.
- If there are no changes: "No status history — No status updates have been made yet."
This card answers questions like "when was this order shipped?".
4. Delivery Address and Billing Address cards
Two separate cards:
- Delivery Address: Full name, full address (neighborhood/district/city), postal code, country, phone, and TC Kimlik No if any.
- Billing Address: Same structure.
If there is no address: "No address information — No address record found for this order."
5. Payment Information card (if any)
Appears on orders where payment has been received:
- Payment method: Credit Card / Bank Transfer-EFT / Cash on Delivery.
- Number of installments (if more than one, "Installment total" and "Monthly installment" are also shown; if a single payment, "Single payment").
- Card info: Card brand + last 4 digits (e.g. "Visa **** 1234").
Bank Transfer/EFT Information card (if any)
If payment was made by bank transfer/EFT and the customer entered information: Sender Name and Sender IBAN are shown.
6. Order Products table
The list of products in the order:

|---|---|
| Product | Product name (variant in parentheses if it has one). |
| Quantity | How many. |
| Unit price | The price of one unit. |
| Amount | Unit price × quantity. |
| VAT | The VAT rate and amount of that product (if none, "—"). |
Payment Summary (bottom of the table)
The breakdown of the order amount:
- Subtotal (sum of the products)
- Coupon discount (if any, green, minus)
- Automation discounts (if any, green, minus)
- Shipping (if any)
- Gift wrap (if any)
- VAT (if any)
- Total (bold, large — grand total)
- If any, the Order note is shown in a separate box.
7. E-Invoice / E-Archive section
The list of invoices issued for this order and the invoice issuing operation are done here. (Operation steps: Order Operations (Status, Payment, Return, Cancellation, E-Invoice).)
8. Notes / comments
At the very bottom of the page, there is a section where you can add internal team notes about the order. What you write here does not go to the customer; it's for your team to communicate about the order.
Frequently asked questions
I can't see the "Payment Information" card. This card only appears on orders that have a payment record. If no payment has been received yet, it is not visible.
Where can I see why an order was cancelled/refunded? You can track it from the Status History card and (if any) the Return History section.
Creating a New Order Manually
You select/enter the customer, add the address and products, set the payment method, and create the order.
