Integrations — Overview

This is where you connect Treyza to external services (payment provider, shipping company, Google Analytics, e-invoicing, etc.), enter their keys and…

Where to find: Left menu → Integrations Who it's for: Anyone who wants to connect external services to their store, such as accepting payments, shipping, analytics, email sending, e-invoicing or marketplaces. In short: This is where you connect Treyza to external services (payment provider, shipping company, Google Analytics, e-invoicing, etc.), enter their keys and turn them on and off.

What does it do?

There are some tasks your store cannot do on its own: accepting payments by credit card, creating a shipping order, tracking your visitors in Google Analytics, sending email to customers, issuing an e-invoice for an order, or selling your products on a marketplace such as Trendyol. All of these become possible once you introduce to Treyza the secret keys that the service asks you for (such as an API key or username/password).

The Integrations page is exactly where all of these connections are listed, set up and managed one by one. Setting up an integration means saying "connect this service's account to my store".

Tip: An integration can be thought of as a "bridge". One end of the bridge is Treyza, the other end is the external service (for example iyzico). To build the bridge, both sides need to recognize each other, meaning the keys must be entered correctly.

How are integrations grouped? (Categories)

The page shows the integrations category by category in sections stacked one below the other. Each section starts with an icon, a category name and a short description. Only categories that contain integrations are shown.

CategoryWhat is it used for?
PaymentPayment providers and payment methods

To see which providers are in which category and what each one asks of you, check the Provider Catalog (Which Integration Asks for What?) page.

Two basic concepts you need to know

1. Configuration (entering the settings): In the panel that opens when you click an integration's card, you enter and save the information that the service asks you for (API key, username, etc.). This is the "build the bridge" step.

2. Enabling (turning on and off): After you configure an integration you also need to turn it on (enable it). If it is not on, it will not work even if you have entered its settings. This way you can temporarily stop an integration without deleting it.

Warning: In some categories only one integration can be on at a time (for example a single payment provider, a single email service). When you turn on a new one, the other on integration in that category is automatically turned off. This rule does not apply to every category; for details check the Managing Integrations (List, Setup, Turning On/Off) page.

Setup flow (summary)

  1. Open the Integrations page from the left menu.
  2. Find the service you want to connect (for example iyzico) in the relevant category section.
  3. Click its card; in the panel that slides in from the right, enter the requested keys and press Save.
  4. In the same panel, turn on the Enable Integration switch.
  5. The integration is now up and running.

For a detailed explanation of each of these steps, move on to the next page: Managing Integrations (List, Setup, Turning On/Off).

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my integration keys? This information is not in Treyza, but in the service's own panel. For example, you get your iyzico API key from iyzico's store panel, and your Google Analytics measurement ID from your Google Analytics account. Treyza only stores and uses this information.

If I turn off an integration, will my data be deleted? No. Turning it off only temporarily stops that bridge. The settings you entered are kept; when you turn it back on, it continues from where you left off.

I set up the marketplace (Trendyol) integration, why are my products still not showing up there? Connecting the integration is the first step. Product, stock and order matching is done from the Marketplace area. First set up the connection here, then move on to the Marketplace area.
