Product Feed (Google Merchant · Meta · TikTok Shop · YouTube Shopping · Cimri/Akakçe)

Publishes your products as an XML file (feed) in the format each platform expects. The feed is kept up to date and served automatically on your store…

Where to find it: Left menu → Integrations → the Product feed card at the bottom of the page Who it's for: Merchants who want to send their products to Google Shopping, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) catalog ads, TikTok Shop / TikTok catalog, YouTube Shopping, or price-comparison sites like Cimri/Akakçe. In short: Publishes your products as an XML file (feed) in the format each platform expects. The feed is kept up to date and served automatically on your store domain — you only choose which formats to turn on.

What it does

Google Shopping, Meta catalog ads and price-comparison sites need a standard product feed (an XML file) to import your products automatically. Treyza generates this file for you: it maps product name, description, price, sale price, availability, brand, barcode, images, category and variant details into the fields each platform expects.

Five formats are supported; all are produced from the same product data, only the output shape differs:

FormatFileUsed for
Google Merchantgoogle.xmlGoogle Shopping / Google Merchant Center
Meta Catalogmeta.xmlFacebook & Instagram catalog ads
TikTok Shoptiktok.xmlTikTok Shop / TikTok catalog (Commerce Manager)
YouTube Shoppingyoutube.xmlYouTube Shopping (via Google Merchant Center)
Cimri / Akakçecimri.xmlTurkish price-comparison sites

TikTok Shop catalog accepts the same feed structure as Meta (RSS/g:), and YouTube Shopping imports products through a Google Merchant Center feed. That's why tiktok.xml is produced in the Meta shape and youtube.xml in the Google shape — each is just served at its own URL with its own stats for that channel.

How to turn it on

  1. Open the Integrations page and scroll to the Product feed card at the bottom.
  2. Toggle the switch on next to the format you want to use.
  3. The card shows that format's feed URL (e.g. https://yourstore.com/feed/google.xml). Copy it with the copy icon.
  4. Enter this URL in the relevant platform:
    • Google Merchant Center → Products → Feeds → new feed → "Scheduled fetch" → paste the feed URL.
    • Meta Commerce Manager → Catalog → Data sources → "Scheduled feed" → paste the URL.
    • TikTok → TikTok Business Center → Catalog → create/open a catalog → Data source → "Scheduled feed" → paste the tiktok.xml URL. No separate account-linking step is needed; the feed URL is enough.
    • YouTube Shopping → imports products through Google Merchant Center: add the youtube.xml URL as a feed in Merchant Center, then link your Merchant Center account to your channel from YouTube Studio → Earn → Shopping.
    • Cimri / Akakçe → paste it into the XML feed URL field in your store panel there.

Do I need to link a TikTok account? No. Feeding the TikTok catalog by pasting the feed URL is enough; no separate OAuth/account-linking flow is required. (Direct TikTok Shop order integration is a separate step and outside the scope of this feed.)

Tip: The "Regenerate" button updates the feed on the spot. Even without regenerating, the feed refreshes automatically at regular intervals, and the platforms usually fetch it once a day themselves.

What the card shows

For each enabled format the card shows:

  • Feed URL — the link you enter in the platform (with copy / open icons).
  • Products — number of product/variant items included in the feed.
  • Missing — number of products excluded because a required field (image, valid price, title, link) is missing.
  • Last generated — when the feed was last updated.

Note: If the "Missing" count is above 0, those products won't appear in the feed. The most common causes are a missing image and an invalid price (0 or empty). Fix those products and press Regenerate.

Field mapping (summary)

Feed fieldComes from
Title / descriptionProduct name / product description
LinkYour store domain + product URL prefix + product slug
ImagesImages from the product (or variant) gallery; the first is the main image
Price / sale priceSale price; if the list price is higher, it's shown as a discount
CurrencyYour store's default currency
AvailabilityTotal stock across warehouses (+ the "keep selling out of stock" setting)
Brand / barcode / MPNProduct brand / barcode / SKU
Google categoryThe Google Merchant category field on the product
Variant (color/size)Product variant options; variants of the same product are grouped together

Tip: For a product with variants, each variant is a separate item in the feed, but they're grouped under the same item group (Google item_group_id). This lets Google/Meta recognize them as color/size options of the same product.

FAQ

I turned the feed on but my products don't show up. It takes time for platforms to process a feed for the first time (usually a few hours on Google). You can open the feed URL in your browser to confirm the XML output is being served.

Which products are included? Only published products (active, within their publish window). Draft, inactive or deleted products are not included.

Does the feed update when I change prices? The feed refreshes automatically at regular intervals. To get fresh output immediately, press Regenerate.
