Connecting the Marketplace Account (Trendyol)
You enter the API details from your Trendyol seller panel into the Trendyol card in Treyza, turn on the Enable Integration switch and hit Save.
Where to find: Left menu → Integrations → the Marketplaces section at the very bottom of the page → Trendyol card Who it's for: The store owner connecting a Trendyol seller account to Treyza for the first time In short: You enter the API details from your Trendyol seller panel into the Trendyol card in Treyza, turn on the Enable Integration switch and hit Save.
What does it do?
For Treyza to send products to Trendyol on your behalf, pull orders from there and update your stock, Trendyol has to recognize you. That recognition happens when you enter the API details Trendyol gives you (a kind of digital key) into Treyza.
This is the first step of marketplace selling. While no account is connected you will not see the Sales Channels card in the product form, which means you cannot publish any product on the marketplace.
Step by step: connecting Trendyol
- Open the Integrations page from the left menu.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page. Integrations are listed category by category and the Marketplaces section comes last. Under the section heading you will see this description: "Order, stock and product sync with Trendyol and other marketplaces".
- Click the Trendyol card. A configuration window opens, with the Trendyol logo, its name and a short description at the top. (That description is shown in Turkish — "Trendyol pazaryeri entegrasyonu" — even in the English panel.)
- Fill in the fields below (each one is explained in the next section).
- Turn on the Enable Integration switch at the bottom of the window.
- Click the Save button.
If you change your mind, hit Cancel; nothing you entered is saved.
Fields to fill in
| Name shown on screen | Required? | What do you enter? |
|---|---|---|
| API Anahtari | Yes | The API key Trendyol gave you. It is hidden behind dots as you type (like a password field). |
| API Secret | Yes | The secret counterpart of the API key. This is also hidden behind dots. |
| Satici ID | Yes | Your seller number on Trendyol. Shown in plain text. |
| Storefront Kodu | Yes | Indicates which country storefront you sell on. It arrives as TR by default; leave it alone if you sell in Türkiye. |
| Test (Stage) Ortami | No | An on/off switch. When it is on, operations go to Trendyol's test environment and do not affect real sales. It is off by default. |
The field names are shown in Turkish and without accent marks (for example API Anahtari rather than "API Anahtarı", Satici ID rather than "Satıcı ID"). Even if you use the panel in English these field names appear in Turkish. Don't be confused — you are in the right place.
Required fields have a red asterisk (*) next to them. If you leave one empty, Save will not go through.
Do not pick up leading/trailing spaces when you copy and paste. Even one extra space will stop the connection from working.
Where do you get these details?
The API Anahtari, API Secret and Satici ID details come from your Trendyol seller panel. They are not generated in Treyza; Trendyol provides them to you.
If you cannot find them, contact Trendyol seller support. Treyza cannot create these keys for you.
These keys are like the key to where your money is; do not share them with anyone. Treyza also keeps them secret and shows them as dots on screen.
After saving: the sales channel is not created right away
A sales channel named "Trendyol" is not created the instant you save. The channel is created by itself when you perform your first product operation.
So the order is:
- You saved and enabled Trendyol in Integrations.
- You opened any product and did the first action in the Sales Channels card (for example, turned on the publish switch).
- That is the moment the Trendyol sales channel is created and starts appearing as the channel name on order and product records.
After saving the connection we recommend opening a product and trying the Sales Channels card first — this both creates the channel and shows you that your connection really works.
The answer to "I can't find the Sales Channels card"
The Sales Channels card is not always visible on the product edit page. For the card to appear:
| Condition | Why? |
|---|---|
| There must be a connected marketplace integration | Otherwise there is no channel to publish to |
| That integration must be enabled (Enable Integration turned on) | A disabled integration does not work even if its settings are filled in |
| The product must be saved | On a new product form the card says "Save the product first to configure sales channels." |
If you have no connected and enabled marketplace, the card usually does not appear at all; and even if it does, no marketplace row you can publish to will be listed inside it. If you are looking for the card on the product page and cannot find it, come back to this page, Integrations, and check that the integration has its green tick (the enabled mark).
Can you connect more than one account?
Yes. The "only one integration can be active at a time" rule does not apply to the marketplace category. You can keep several marketplace accounts connected and enabled at the same time.
Every connected account appears as a separate row in the Sales Channels card of the product form, and you set publishing, stock buffer, price and commission markup separately for each one.
Turning the connection off or removing it
You cannot delete a marketplace channel from the product screen. The channel is managed entirely on the Integrations page.
| What do you want to do? | How? |
|---|---|
| Stop it temporarily | Integrations → Trendyol → turn off the Enable Integration switch → Save |
| Change the keys | Update the fields in the same window and hit Save |
| Remove the channel | Done from the integration settings. If you try to delete it from the sales channels screen you get the warning "A marketplace channel must be removed from the integration settings". |
When you disable the integration, the automatic syncs stop: no orders are pulled, no stock/price is pushed. Your existing products on Trendyol stay there — Treyza does not delete them, it just stops updating them.
Frequently asked
I saved it but nothing seems to happen. That is normal. Nothing changes visibly on screen once the connection is made. The real test is done by going to the Sales Channels card of a product.
What happens if Test (Stage) Ortami stays on? Your operations go to Trendyol's test environment; nothing shows up in your real store. Make sure this switch is off before you go live with real sales.
What does Storefront Kodu mean? It indicates which country storefront of Trendyol you sell on. For Türkiye it is TR, and it arrives filled in by default.
Can I connect the same Trendyol account to two Treyza stores? Each store has its own integrations, so you connect it separately in each store. But having the same products updated from two places at once can cause stock confusion — be careful.
Will I get a warning if my key is wrong? The keys are not checked with Trendyol while saving. A wrong key shows up as an error on your first product push. See Statuses and Errors.
