Marketplace Orders

Where to find: Left menu → Orders (there is no separate screen for marketplace orders) Who it's for: Anyone who receives orders from Trendyol and wants to track them in the panel In short: Orders from the marketplace are pulled automatically every 5 minutes and land in the regular Orders list; you tell them apart by the Marketplace badge and the Sales Channel column.
What does it do?
When a customer places an order on Trendyol, you do not have to go back and forth to the Trendyol panel to see it. Treyza pulls the order by itself and adds it to your regular order list. That way you manage every order — from your store and from the marketplace — in one list, using the same screens.
There is no separate list screen for marketplace orders. Do not look for a "Marketplace → Orders" page; they are all on the Orders page.
When do orders arrive?
Every 5 minutes, automatically.
There is no button like "Pull orders" in the panel; you cannot trigger it manually. If you saw a new order on Trendyol and it is not in the panel yet, waiting at most 5 minutes is enough. Refreshing the page over and over does not shorten this.
How do you recognize a marketplace order in the list?
In the Orders list you can tell a marketplace order apart in three ways:
| Where? | What do you see? |
|---|---|
| The Order No cell | A small badge next to the order number: the channel's logo and name (for example Trendyol). If the channel record has not been created yet, only a grey badge saying Marketplace appears. |
| The Sales Channel column | The channel icon and name. If there is no channel it says Marketplace. |
| The Order Source filter | One of the filter buttons above the list. It contains the options Storefront Order, Manual Order and Marketplace. |
To see only marketplace orders
- Open the Orders page.
- Click the Order Source filter above the list.
- Tick the Marketplace option.
The list now shows only orders coming from the marketplace. To remove the filter, untick the same option.
If you cannot see the Sales Channel column, you can turn it on from the Customize Columns menu above the list (on narrow screens the button just says Columns).
The most critical topic: automatic matching by barcode
In an order coming from the marketplace, products are identified by barcode. For every line in the order Treyza does this:
- It looks for the line's barcode in your variants first.
- If not found, it looks in your products (the simple product barcode).
- If still not found, that line counts as unmatched.
The outcome follows this rule:
| Situation | What happens? |
|---|---|
| All lines in the order matched | A store order is created in the panel and appears in the list. |
| Even one line did not match | No order is created at all. |
The rule is "all or nothing". In a 3-product order, even if 2 products are recognized, if you do not have the barcode of the 3rd one, the entire order is not created — there is no such thing as a partial order.
An unmatched order appears NOWHERE in the panel
This is the most confusing and most damaging situation, so we are spelling it out:
- An unmatched order does not appear in the Orders list.
- There is no other screen that shows it either (no warning list, no "unmatched" tab).
- There is no manual matching screen. There is nowhere you can say "this order corresponds to that product of mine".
- You do not see an error notification in the panel either.
In other words, from your point of view the order disappears silently — while it sits on the Trendyol panel with a customer waiting for it.
How do you fix it?
- Find the order in the Trendyol panel and read the barcode of the product inside it.
- Open that product in Treyza: Catalog → Products → the product.
- Enter the barcode in the right place:
- Simple product: into the Barcode field of the Inventory card.
- Variant product: into the barcode field of the relevant variant.
- Save the product.
- Wait. On the next automatic sync (within 5 minutes) the order is retried and this time it is created.
The only thing you have to do by hand is fix the barcode; the rest happens automatically.
This is why entering barcodes correctly is vital. The barcode of every product you sell on the marketplace (and of every variant on a variant product) must be exactly the same as the barcode on Trendyol. A single character difference is enough for the order to be lost.
I fixed the barcode but the order still did not arrive. Make sure the barcode is exactly identical to the one on Trendyol (leading/trailing spaces, upper/lower case, confusing a zero with the letter "O"). On a variant product you must have entered the barcode on the variant, not on the product itself.
How do order statuses map?
The marketplace uses its own status names. Treyza translates them into its own order statuses. When an order is first created it arrives as Confirmed; on later syncs it is updated according to the status on the marketplace.
| Status on Trendyol | Status in Treyza |
|---|---|
Created | Confirmed |
Picking | Preparing |
Invoiced | Preparing |
Shipped | Shipped |
Delivered | Delivered |
Cancelled | Cancelled |
Returned | Refunded |
| Any status other than the above | Processing |
Status flows one way: from the marketplace to Treyza. If you change the status of a marketplace order by hand in the panel, the marketplace status may be written over it again on the next sync. Manage the status of marketplace orders from the marketplace side.
Status updates arrive on the same rhythm as order pulling, every 5 minutes.
What do you see in the order detail?
The detail page that opens when you click a marketplace order is the same as for any other order. The information card at the top additionally contains:
| Field | What does it show? |
|---|---|
| Marketplace badge | Indicates that this order came from a marketplace. |
| Sales Channel | The channel logo and name (for example Trendyol). If the channel record has not been created yet it says Marketplace. |
| Order No | The order number given by the marketplace is used. |
You cannot choose the order number of a marketplace order; the number comes from the marketplace.
Customer details are saved as far as the marketplace passes them on to you (delivery address, billing address, and email and phone if provided). Marketplace customers do not appear as registered members of your store.
Frequently asked
Can I cancel a marketplace order from the panel? A status change you make in the panel does not go to the marketplace and may be reverted on the next sync. Handle cancellations/returns from the marketplace side.
There is an order on Trendyol but not in the panel. What should I do? Two possibilities: (1) the 5-minute sync has not run yet — wait; (2) you do not have the barcode of one of the products in the order — see the "unmatched order" section above.
Can the same order land twice? No. Every marketplace package is matched to a single record; later syncs do not create a new order, they only update the status.
Can I export marketplace orders? Yes — the export feature in the Orders list is shared by all orders. You can pick Marketplace in the Order Source filter first and then export.
Do I get a notification when an order arrives? Marketplace orders are created in the background; do not expect the notification/email flow you get with store orders. Check the list regularly.
