Where to find: Left menu → Tools → Reports Who it's for: Store owners and teams who want to receive Excel/CSV reports on a schedule In short: You define a report with the metrics you choose, have it generated automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, and delivered to your recipients as an email attachment. You can review and download past runs from the panel.
What is the report center?
The daily summary notification on the dashboard gives you a quick view of your sales. The report center is different: it offers a real report subscription with selectable columns/metrics, delivered as an Excel or CSV attachment.
When you define a report, Treyza generates it automatically for your chosen period (after the period closes) and emails it to your chosen recipients as an attachment. Every run is saved to history; you can re-download the file from the panel.
Creating a report definition
Open a definition via Tools → Reports → New report. A definition consists of:
- Report name — shown in the list and in the email subject.
- Dataset — what the report covers: Orders or Customers.
- Frequency — Daily, Weekly or Monthly. The report covers the previous completed period (e.g. a weekly report includes all of last week) and is sent at the start of the period in your store's timezone.
- Format — Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
- Columns — which column groups are included. If none are selected, all columns are included.
- Recipients — the staff who will receive the report. If left empty, it is sent to all staff who can access reports.
- Active — inactive reports are not sent on schedule.
Run now
To test a report without waiting for its schedule, or to get it instantly, use Run now from the row menu or the report detail page. The report is queued, generated shortly after, and appears in history. The detail page refreshes its status on its own.
Run history
When you open a report, you see its run history: each run's period, status (Pending / Running / Completed / Failed), trigger (Scheduled / Manual), row count, delivery info and a downloadable file. The last 30 runs are kept; older ones are cleaned up automatically.
Recipients and permissions
Because report content includes financial data, only the store owner and staff with report/finance permission can be recipients. If a staff member's permission is revoked, they are automatically dropped from later deliveries.
Email quota
Report emails count against your store's monthly email quota (MAX_EMAILS). When the quota is exhausted, the report is still generated and can be downloaded from the panel; only the email delivery is skipped, and the run history shows how many recipients were emailed/skipped.
