Pricing and Inventory

The cards where you enter how much the product will be sold for (Pricing) and how many units you have on hand, plus the tracking codes (Inventory).

Where to find: Product form → Pricing and Inventory cards (only in Simple Product) Who it's for: Anyone who sets the product's price and stock In short: The cards where you enter how much the product will be sold for (Pricing) and how many units you have on hand, plus the tracking codes (Inventory).

Important: These two cards only appear in Simple Product. In a variant product, price and stock are entered separately for each variant in the combination table (see Variants (Color, Size, etc.)). In a bundle product, the price comes from the bundle settings (see Bundle Product).

List Price

  • What it does: The product's old / pre-discount price. It's shown struck through on the product page and creates a "there's a discount" perception.
  • Example: Sale Price 80₺, List Price 100₺ → the customer sees "100₺ 80₺".
  • Rule: If you fill it in, it must be greater than or equal to the Sale Price. Otherwise the warning "The list price can't be less than the sale price." appears. Not required.
