Where to find: Product Wizards → a wizard → Analytics and Responses tabs (also from the row menu in the list) Who it's for: Anyone who wants to measure the wizard's effect on sales and see customer answers In short: The Analytics tab shows the funnel from impression to order and the revenue the wizard brought; the Responses tab lists every completed wizard with its answers, contact details and order attribution.

Analytics tab

Choose the range with the date picker at the top (default: the last 30 days including today).

ℹWho is counted? Every number in the Analytics tab — the funnel from impression to order, completions and completion rate, drop-off by step, answer distribution, most recommended/clicked products and attributed revenue — covers only visitors who allowed Analytics cookies in your store's cookie notice. If a visitor who did not allow them completes the wizard, their response appears in the Responses tab but is not included in the analysis or in order attribution. If you turned the cookie consent off in the theme settings, all visitors are counted. The store's overall order and revenue totals are not affected.

Indicators

IndicatorWhat it counts
ImpressionsSessions in which the button appeared or the block entered the visible area

StartsSessions that answered at least one question
CompletionsResponses that reached a result (bot traffic is not counted)
Completion rateCompletions ÷ starts
Product clicksClicks on products on the result screen
Add to cartProducts added to the cart from the wizard
OrdersDirect orders from the wizard (with assisted orders below)
Attributed revenueValue of the recommended products in direct orders (with assisted revenue below)

Hover the hint icon next to an indicator to see its definition.

Charts

ChartWhat it shows
FunnelImpressions → Opens → Starts → Completions → Product clicks → Add to cart → Orders; each stage's ratio to the previous stage and to impressions
Drop-off by stepThe share of sessions that saw a step and left there without reaching a result
Answer distributionFor each choice step, how many responses chose each option and their share
Most recommended products / Most clicked productsThe products most often recommended on the result screen; the most clicked and added-to-cart ones

Each chart can switch between Chart / Table views.

FAQ: What is the percentage in the answer distribution based on? The share is based on the completed responses that saw that step (answered or skipped it). In a branching wizard, those who never saw the step are not in the denominator and are shown separately: "10 responses saw the step · 1 skipped · 4 did not see it". In multiple choice the total can exceed 100%.

Warning: Raw events (impressions, opens, starts, clicks) are kept for 90 days. If you choose a range older than 90 days, these numbers are partial and a notice appears. Completions, orders and revenue are not affected; they are calculated from permanent records.

Order attribution: how does the wizard count revenue?

The wizard adds nothing to the checkout; it matches orders placed later by the same visitor.

TypeDefinition
DirectA paid order placed by the visitor who completed the wizard within 7 days after completion and containing at least one of the recommended products. Revenue = the sum of the line totals of the recommended products in the order.
AssistedAny paid order by the same visitor within the same 7 days (no product requirement). Revenue = the order total.
  • Matching the same visitor uses the visitor ID in the visitor's browser; that ID is created only for visitors who allow Analytics cookies. An order from a visitor who did not allow them is not attributed to the wizard (the order itself still counts in the store totals).
  • Paid = collected: an order whose payment by card or other methods is completed; for cash on delivery, only delivered orders count.
  • An order is counted once per wizard.
  • Orders placed before completion or after 7 days are not counted.

Example: A customer completed the wizard on Monday; perfumes A, B and C were recommended. On Wednesday they placed an order with perfume A (1,200) and a shampoo (300) and paid by card. → 1 direct order, attributed revenue 1,200; assisted revenue 1,500.

Tip: The Attributed revenue column in the list uses the same definition for the last 30 days.

Responses tab

Every visitor who completed the wizard to the end is one row (newest first, 20 per page). Responses from visitors who did not allow Analytics cookies are here too, so the response count can be higher than the completions in the Analytics tab.

ColumnWhat it shows
DateCompletion time
DeviceMobile / desktop
Entry pointFloating button, Page block or Link
Path summaryThe answers given ("Who is it for: Women · Budget: 1,000–3,000")
ResultThe result step reached; Filters relaxed if the filters were relaxed
ContactIf shared: name, email, phone and Marketing consent given / No marketing consent
OrdersOrder attribution such as "1 direct · 2 assisted"

Click a row to open Response details: the full path, the result, the recommended products, contact details, the consent text accepted (as it was at that moment) and order attribution.

CSV export

Export CSV downloads the responses in the selected range (at most 20,000 rows) as a file that opens directly in Excel. The file name looks like <handle>-yanitlar-<date>.csv; the contact and marketing-consent columns are included.

Warning (personal data): Names, emails and phone numbers in responses are personal data. Share the CSV file only with authorised people. This information is never written to analytics events; it only exists in this tab and in the CSV. Deleting the wizard also deletes all its responses.

Who can see it?

Analytics, Responses and the CSV export are for staff with permission to view the marketing module. Staff without it see "You do not have access to this section" on these tabs.
