Spin the Wheel Statistics

A report screen showing how many times the campaign was spun, how many emails it collected, and how much the coupons were used.

Where to find: Spin the Wheel list → on a campaign ⋮ → Statistics Who it's for: Anyone wanting to measure how well the wheel campaign is working In short: A report screen showing how many times the campaign was spun, how many emails it collected, and how much the coupons were used.

What is this screen?

It is a performance report card for a wheel campaign. At the top there are summary figures (KPI), and below there are two tables: a breakdown by slice and a participant list.

At the top there is a back button and a "[Campaign Name] — Statistics" title.

Summary cards (KPI)

Four summary boxes:

CardWhat does it show?
Total SpinsHow many times the wheel was spun in total.
Win RateWhat percentage of spinners won a reward.
Collected EmailsHow many emails you collected thanks to the campaign.
Coupon Usage RateWhat percentage of the issued coupons were actually used (converted to sales).

How to interpret it?

  • If Collected Emails is high: your marketing list is growing (good).
  • If Coupon Usage Rate is high: the wheel is actually converting to sales (very good).
  • If the usage rate is low: the rewards may not be attractive or the coupon period may be short; review the settings.

Slice Breakdown table

The individual performance of each wheel slice:

ColumnWhat does it show?
SliceThe slice's color + label (e.g. "20% Discount").
SpinsHow many times this slice was landed on.
Coupon UsageHow many coupons from this slice were used.
ConversionAs a percentage: used coupons ÷ number of times this slice was landed on.

From here you see which reward converts to sales the most, and adjust your wheel accordingly.

Participants table

A record of each person who spun the wheel:

ColumnWhat does it show?
EmailThe participant's email.
DateThe date and time of the spin.
SliceWhich slice they landed on (color + label).
Coupon CodeThe coupon generated if they won (if none, "—").
StatusUsed (green), Not Used, or "—" if there's no coupon.

If there are no participations: "No participations yet."

Tip: This list is the source of the emails you collected; you can reach this audience in your email marketing campaigns (provided you have consent).

Frequently asked questions

Total spins are high but coupon usage is low. Customers are spinning but not converting to shopping. Make the rewards more attractive, extend the coupon validity period, or lower the minimum cart requirement.

The win rate is too high/low. You can balance the win rate by adjusting the slice probabilities (from the creation screen).

Where do I download the emails I collected? You see the emails from the participants table; use it together with the marketing (email campaigns) section for export/communication.
