What is an automation? (reminder)
An automation is a discount that is applied automatically when conditions are met. The customer doesn't enter a code. Example: "10% discount if the cart is over 500₺". (For the concept: Campaigns — Overview)
Top bar
- Search box ("Search automation name..."): Searches in the automation name.
- Status filter: All / Active / Inactive.
- New Automation button: Opens the creation page (see Creating an Automation (Conditions + Action + Limits)).
Columns in the table
| Column | What does it show? |
|---|---|
| (Checkbox) | Selects the row. |
| Name | The name of the automation. If it's Exclusive (runs on its own), there's a badge next to it. |
| Conditions | How many conditions are defined and how they are combined (e.g. "2 conditions (AND)"). |
| Action | What happens when the condition is met (e.g. "Percentage Discount"). |
| Value | Discount amount: 10%, 50 TL, Buy 3 pay 2, or - for free shipping. |
| Usage | How many times it was triggered (shown as "5 / 100" if there's a limit). |
| Priority | Which one takes precedence if multiple automations apply at the same time (larger number = higher priority). |
| Status | On/off toggle — makes the automation active/inactive instantly. |
| Actions | ⋮ → Edit / Logs / Delete. |
Quickly turning the status on and off
By clicking the toggle in the Status column, you make the automation active/inactive instantly (no need to save). On success, the notification "Automation status updated." appears.
- Active: Triggers when the conditions are met.
- Inactive: Disabled; doesn't trigger.
Row actions
| Option | What does it do? |
|---|---|
| Edit | Opens the automation to change its settings (conditions, action, limits). |
| Logs | Opens the "Trigger Logs" window: shows how many times the automation was triggered, at what cart amount, and how much discount it applied. |
| Delete | Deletes the automation. Confirmation: "Are you sure you want to delete the ... automation? This action cannot be undone." |
What are the logs for? From here you check whether an automation is actually working and how much discount it is "eating up".
Empty state and pagination
- If there are no automations: "No automations yet" + "Add your first automation to create condition-based automatic discounts." + New Automation button.
- At the bottom there is a rows-per-page selector and page arrows.
Frequently asked questions
My automation isn't working. First make sure the Status toggle is on (Active). Then check the Logs — if there are no triggers at all, the conditions may not be met. The date range may also be in the past.
Two of my automations apply at the same time, which one is valid? The one with the higher Priority number is applied first. One being Exclusive ensures that when it triggers, the others are not applied.
