Where to find: Left menu → Campaigns Who it's for: Anyone setting up discounts, promotions, and customer-attraction tools In short: The three different ways to offer your customers discounts and rewards are gathered here: automatic discounts, discount codes, and the spin-the-wheel game.
There are three tools in the Campaigns section
| Tool | What does it do? | What does the customer do? |
|---|---|---|
| Automation | Applies a discount automatically when the conditions you set are met. | Nothing — the discount is applied on its own. |
| Discount Code | You create coupon codes that the customer enters at the cart. | Types the code at the cart (e.g. "WELCOME10"). |
| Spin the Wheel | Shows a wheel of fortune pop-up on your site; gives a reward in exchange for an email. | Enters their email, spins the wheel, and wins a reward. |
Which one should you use, and when?
1. Automation — "Set the rule, leave the rest to the system"
For condition-based, code-free automatic discounts. The customer doesn't enter a code; if they meet the requirement, the discount is applied automatically.
- Example: "Automatic 10% discount on orders over 500₺", "Buy 3 pay 2", "Free shipping on the first order".
- Details: Automation List (Discount Automations) and Creating an Automation (Conditions + Action + Limits)
2. Discount Code — "Shareable coupon"
These are coupon codes the customer enters manually. You share them on social media or by email; only those who know the code can use it.
- Example: "WELCOME10", "SUMMER2026". A "20% off with code DISCOUNT20" announcement on Instagram.
- Details: Discount Codes (Coupons)
3. Spin the Wheel — "Collect emails through gamification"
Shows visitors a fun wheel of fortune. The customer enters their email, spins the wheel, and wins a discount/reward. This both grows your email list and encourages sales.
- Example: A "Spin the Lucky Wheel!" pop-up for site visitors; slices for 20% off, free shipping, gift products.

Automation or Discount Code? (the most commonly confused)
| Automation | Discount Code | |
|---|---|---|
| Is a code required? | No, automatic | Yes, the customer types it |
| When is it applied? | On its own when the requirement is met | When the customer enters the code |
| Purpose of use | General rules (for everyone) | Targeted/shared campaigns |
You can also use the two together; there is a "Can be used together with a discount code" option in the automation settings.
Legal note for spin the wheel (KVKK)
Because spin the wheel collects emails, having a KVKK Disclosure Text (privacy/disclosure agreement) is a legal requirement. If this text is missing, you will see a warning on the campaign screen and be asked to create the text.
