The Marketing section has two tools
| Tool | What does it do? |

| Email Templates | You design the look of the email (logo, text, button, image...). With a drag-and-drop editor. |
| Email Campaigns | You pick a template, set which customer group and when it will be sent, and then send it. |
Don't mix them up: "Marketing" ≠ "Campaigns"
There are two separate menus, and the word "campaign" appears in both:
- Marketing → Email Campaigns: Sending emails to customers.
- Campaigns (separate menu): Discount automations, discount codes, and spin-the-wheel (not email, but in-store discounts).

Workflow (design first, then send)
1. Design an Email Template → 2. Create a campaign → 3. Select the template + customer group → 4. Send/Schedule- Prepare a template: Build the look of the email with the editor (design once, use many times).
- Create a campaign: Write the subject line, select the template and the target customer group.
- Send time: Send immediately or schedule it for a future date.
- Track the results: How many people opened it, how many clicked — follow along from the detail page.
Tip: If you don't have a template when creating a campaign, you can also quickly create a new template right from the campaign screen.
