Creating and Sending an Email Campaign

You select the campaign's name, subject, template, and target group; then you send it immediately or schedule it for a future date.

Fields in the form

Campaign NameThe name you'll see in management. E.g. "Summer Campaign".
Email SubjectThe subject the customer will see in their inbox. E.g. "Incredible deals are waiting for you!".
Email TemplateThe design to be sent. Selected from the list.
Customer GroupWho it will be sent to (the member count is shown next to the group).
Send TimeSend Now or Schedule.

Don't have a template? With Create Template next to the Email Template field, you can quickly create a new template right here (you design its content later in the template editor).

Don't have a customer group? You first need to create a group from the ../musteri-gruplari/ section (e.g. "All Customers").


Send time

There are two options:

Send Now

The campaign starts being sent as soon as it is saved.

Schedule

You schedule it for a future date; two additional fields appear:

  • Date: Select a day from the calendar (past dates cannot be selected).
  • Time: The send time (e.g. 09:00).

If you selected Schedule, the date and time are required; if you don't enter them, the warning "Select a date/time for the scheduled send" appears.

The best send time: Try the hours when your customers look at email the most (usually morning or noon).


Step by step: sending a campaign

  1. Click the New Campaign button.
  2. Write the Campaign Name and Email Subject.
  3. Select the Email Template (or Create Template if you don't have one).
  4. Select the Customer Group.
  5. Set the Send Time:
    • Send Now → goes directly.
    • Schedule → enter date + time.
  6. Save (saves as a draft).
  7. Click the Send (or Schedule) button → a confirmation window appears.

Confirmation windows

  • When sending now: "The campaign will be sent immediately to all members in the selected customer group. This action cannot be undone. Do you want to continue?"
  • When scheduling: "The campaign will be sent automatically at the specified date and time. Do you want to continue?"

When you confirm, a "Campaign sent" / "Campaign scheduled" notification appears and you return to the list.

Sending cannot be undone. Before sending, be sure to preview the template and send yourself a test email (from the template editor).


Cancelling a scheduled campaign

If you scheduled a campaign and don't want to send it: go into the campaign and click Cancel. Its status becomes "Cancelled" and it is not sent.


Frequently asked questions

I saved the campaign but it wasn't sent. Saving only creates a draft. To send it, you additionally need to click the Send (or Schedule) button and confirm.

I sent to the wrong group. The send cannot be undone. To select carefully, look at the member count next to the customer group.

What happens after sending? The campaign moves to "Sending" → "Sent" status and you can track the open/click statistics from the detail page (see Email Campaign Detail (Statistics)).
