Email Campaign Detail (Statistics)
A report screen showing how many people a campaign reached, how many opened it, and how many clicked.

Note: This page is meaningful for sent or scheduled campaigns. No statistics are generated for draft campaigns.
Header
At the top there is the campaign's name, status badge, and summary information (template, customer group, schedule/send date). On the right, depending on the status:
- If Sent: Copy button (duplicates the campaign as a new draft).
- If Scheduled: Cancel button.
Summary cards (KPI)
Four summary boxes:

| Total Recipients | The total number of people the campaign targeted. |
| Sent | The number of emails actually sent (with the "% sent" rate below). |
| Open Rate | The percentage of those who opened the email (with how many people opened it below). |
| Click Rate | The percentage of those who clicked the links in the email (with how many clicks below). |
How to interpret it?
- Open Rate shows how interesting the subject was. If it's low, try a more striking subject line.
- Click Rate shows how effective the content and buttons were. If it's low, add a clearer call (button).
Recipients table
The record of each person the email was sent to:

| Open | When they opened the email (or "—" if they didn't open it). |
| Click | How many clicks they made. |
| Send | When the email was sent. |
At the bottom there is the total recipient count ("Total {count} recipients") and pagination. If there are no recipients: "No recipients yet."
"Failed" recipients: The email address may be invalid or the mailbox may be full. Review these addresses and keep your list clean.
Frequently asked questions
The open rate is 0% / very low. If the campaign was just sent, it can take time for the statistics to settle. If it's still low after a long time, review your subject line and send time.
I want to send the same campaign again. Create a new draft with Copy, edit it if needed, and resend it.
Can I see which customers clicked? In the recipients table you see each person's Click count; you can target a separate campaign at the relevant (clicking) customers.
Creating and Sending an Email Campaign
You select the campaign's name, subject, template, and target group; then you send it immediately or schedule it for a future date.
