What is an email campaign?
A campaign = a bulk email sent to a specific customer group, with a specific template, at a specific time. Example: "Send to the All Customers group, with the 'Summer Sale' template, on Friday at 09:00."
Campaign statuses (glossary)
Every campaign has a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not sent yet; can be edited, can be deleted. |
| Scheduled | Scheduled for a future date; can be cancelled. |
| Sending | Being sent right now; cannot be intervened. |
| Sent | Sending is complete; read-only, can be copied. |
| Cancelled | A scheduled campaign has been cancelled. |
Top bar — status filters
At the top there are status filter buttons: All, Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent, Cancelled. Clicking one filters the list by that status. On the right there is a New Campaign button.
Columns in the table
| Column | What does it show? |
|---|---|
| Campaign Name | The name of the campaign. Clicking goes to its detail. |
| Status | Colored badge (Draft/Scheduled/Sending/Sent/Cancelled). |
| Template | The name of the email template used (or "—" if none). |
| Customer Group | The target group (or "—" if none). |
| Recipients | How many people it will be / was sent to. |
| Open | The rate of those who opened the email (%). |

Row actions (by status)
Each row's ⋮ menu offers different options depending on the campaign's status:
| Action | In which status? |
|---|---|
| Edit | Only Draft. |
| Copy | In every status (creates a new draft). |
| Delete | Draft and Cancelled. |
Copy is ideal for sending a successful campaign again: you copy it, edit it if you want, and resend it.
Empty state and pagination
- If there are no campaigns: "No campaigns yet" + "Create your first email campaign" + New Campaign button.
- At the bottom there is a rows-per-page selection (10/20/30/50) and page arrows.
Frequently asked questions

The open/click rate is empty ("—"). These rates aren't calculated for campaigns that haven't been sent yet or have had no sends.
