Where to find: Left menu → Email → Delivery Health Who it's for: Anyone who wants to track whether their emails actually arrive In short: A health report card showing, on a single screen, how many of the emails sent in the last 30 days were delivered, how many bounced, and how many drew complaints.
What is it for?
Sending an email is not enough; what really matters is whether it arrives. The Delivery Health screen summarizes the last 30 days and lets you spot, in advance, situations that could damage your domain reputation.
Four main metrics are shown:
- Delivered: Emails that successfully reached the recipient's inbox, with the delivery rate.
- Bounced: Emails that could not be delivered. Split into hard (address missing/invalid) and soft (e.g. mailbox full).
- Complaints: Emails the recipient marked as "spam".
- Blocked addresses: The number of addresses suppressed so no further sending occurs.
Logged sent, failed, and suppressed counts are also listed as badges.
What do the warnings mean?
- High bounce rate: Review your list hygiene. A high bounce rate lowers your domain reputation in the eyes of email providers.
- Critical complaint rate (above 0.1%): Review your marketing lists and opt-in processes. Complaints directly affect deliverability.
What does "Not measured" mean?
Rates are calculated from the delivery signals your email provider sends back. Therefore:
- If you use a webhook-capable provider such as Resend, the data is complete.
- If you use SMTP only, only hard failures at send time are captured; delivery/complaint rates may show as "Not measured".
If you send from your own address, check your SPF · DKIM · DMARC records via the sender domain verification on the Integrations page to raise your delivery rate.
