Where to find it: Theme Editor → Product Page template → left panel → Product Page category Who it is for: Anyone who wants to add sales-supporting sections such as a size guide, brand story, spec table or outfit suggestion to the product page In short: 12 specialty blocks you can add alongside the core sections of the product page template. They all follow the same rule: a block with no data shows nothing to the customer.
We recommend reading Product Page Template (Block-Based Product Page) first — these blocks only work in that template (with one exception, below).
1. Sections split into smaller pieces
These pieces used to be baked into the Product Info, Variant Selector and Add to Cart blocks. They can now be added as standalone blocks too, so you can place them anywhere on the page.
| Block | What does it show? |
|---|---|
| Product Badge Strip | Collects stock status, discount rate, pre-order and "how many people are viewing" badges into a single row. Product tags can be added too. |
| Add to Favorites | The add-to-favorites button. Hidden entirely when favorites are turned off in store settings. |
| Share | WhatsApp, X, Facebook and copy-link buttons. |
| Delivery Info Rows | Icon rows such as "Free shipping", "14-day returns". Can use the rows from store settings, rows defined on this block only, or both combined. |
| Bundle Contents | Content list and variant selection for bundle products. |
| Customization | The customization fields defined on the product (name printing, color choice, etc.). |
No risk of duplicates. When you add one of these blocks, the older block that shows the same content (Product Info / Variant Selector / Add to Cart) removes it from itself automatically. For example, adding the Add to Favorites block makes the favorite button inside the Add to Cart block disappear on its own. No settings to change.
2. New sales blocks
| Block | What does it show? |
|---|---|
| Brand Story | A promotional section picked automatically by the product's brand (image + heading + text + link). |
| Size Guide | A collapsible size/measurement guide. |
| Specifications | A material and technical information table. |
| Shop the Look | Outfit suggestion: the pieces that go with the product, together with the combined total. |
| Bundle Savings | For bundle products, a "what you would have paid buying separately" comparison. |
| Shipping & Returns Card | Shipping, return and warranty terms + estimated delivery range. |
3. How Brand Story works
You enter a brand list in the block settings. Each row holds a brand name, heading, text, image and an optional link.
When a customer opens a product page, the block looks at that product's brand and shows the row carrying the same name.
- A row with an empty brand name acts as the fallback: it is shown when no match is found.
- If there is neither a match nor a fallback, the block is not rendered at all.
Three layouts are available: Image Left, Image Right, Stacked.
4. Size Guide and Specifications — content from two sources
These two blocks can take their content from two places:
a) Store-wide default — defined in the block's own settings. The same content appears on every product.
b) Product-specific content — when you want a different guide/table for a particular product.
How to provide product-specific content
The existing product contents structure is reused — there is no new field to learn:
- Attach a content to the product under Products → (product) → Contents.
- Make the content's name exactly the same as the name you typed in the block's Product Content Name field (defaults:
Beden RehberiandTeknik Özellikler).
On that product the block shows this content instead of the store-wide default.
It is not repeated in the tabs. Content used this way is removed automatically from the tab/accordion list in the Product Description block. The same information never appears twice on the page. To exclude other contents from the tabs as well, list them comma-separated in the Excluded Content Titles field of the Product Description block.
Title matching ignores letter case and the
I/ı/i/İdifference: "Beden Rehberi", "BEDEN REHBERİ" and "beden rehberi" all count as the same title.
A block with an audience condition does not claim content. If you gave a block a Visibility → Audience condition (members only / guests only / specific groups), that block does not remove content from the tabs, and it does not switch off the equivalent part of the older block either (for example the favourite button inside Add to Cart). The reason: the audience condition is applied in the browser based on the visitor's session. Since the block is not shown to visitors who do not match the condition, claiming would make that information disappear from the page entirely. In exchange, a visitor who does match may see the same information in two places; if you do not want that, switch off the matching toggle on the older block or use the Excluded Content Titles field.
What does the Specifications table fill in by itself?
When there is no product-specific content, the table lists whichever of these are filled in (each can be turned off in settings):
- Brand, Manufacturer, SKU, Barcode, Weight, Dimensions, Category
- The product's Additional Info rows — a row shaped like
Material: 100% Cottonis split into "label / value" automatically; otherwise it is shown as a single piece. - The Extra Rows in the block settings (applied to every product; e.g. "Warranty / 2 years")
If none exist, the block stays invisible to the customer.
5. Setting up Shop the Look
- Create a recommendation group under Products → (product) → Recommendations and add the outfit pieces.
- Give the group a name (e.g.
Look'u Tamamla). - Type the same name into the block's Recommendation Group Name field.
The block shows the product's main image large on the left, lists the outfit pieces on the right, and can add a Look total row. With the Quick View button enabled, the customer can inspect a piece and add it to the cart without leaving the page.
This group is removed automatically from the Related Products block — the same products are never listed twice on the page.
6. Bundle Savings
Works on bundle products only. It compares the sum of the individual item prices against the bundle price:
- Card layout: heading, savings amount/rate and an optional price breakdown ("Bought separately" / "Bundle price").
- Strip layout: a compact single-line highlight.
When there is no calculable saving (or the product is not a bundle) the block stays hidden.
7. Shipping & Returns Card — the one exception
This block needs no product data; you write all of its content yourself. That is why it lives in the Trust category and can be used on any page (home page, landing pages, about us…).
- Info Cards: icon + heading + description, 1–3 columns.
- Show Delivery Estimate: when enabled, shows the estimated delivery day range from Store Settings → Shipping ("2-5 business days") as a separate row on top. This row only appears on the product page; it is silently skipped elsewhere.
8. Cross Sell now has two layouts
A Layout setting was added to the Cross Sell block:
- Narrow Card (default) — the previous behavior; a sticky card at the side.
- Strip — a full-width banner with a countdown.
9. Shared capabilities
All of these blocks have the same options as every other block:
- Background, border, corner radius, shadow, spacing, container width, opacity
- Block Entry Animations (Reveal on Scroll)
- Shape Dividers (Wave, Tilt, Triangle…)
- Conditional Block Visibility (Time · Audience · Language) — time · audience · language · device
FAQ
I added the size guide block but nothing shows. Neither the block's Default Content field is filled in, nor is a content with the matching name attached to the product. Without one of the two, the block is deliberately not rendered.
Shop the Look comes out empty. The Recommendation Group Name in the block settings must match the recommendation group name on the product exactly (letter case does not matter).
The favorite button appears twice. It should not; when the Add to Favorites block is present, the Add to Cart block hides its own favorite button automatically. If you still see two, you may have added two separate Add to Favorites blocks.
Can I use these blocks on the home page too? Only the Shipping & Returns Card. The rest depend on product data and are not listed outside the product page.
