Where to find: The Product () tab in the Theme Settings panel Who it's for: Those who want to set how product cards (in lists) and the product detail page will look In short: You define how your products are presented to the customer: card design, page layout, gallery type, discount display and interaction elements. Managed in five separate windows.

What does it do?

The appearance of products in your store is standard — that is, you don't design each product separately; you set it once here and it applies to all your products. This tab covers five topics:

CardWhat does it set?
Product CardThe design of the product box shown in lists.
Page LayoutThe general layout of the product detail page.
GalleryThe way product images are displayed.
DiscountDiscount and countdown display.
InteractionElements like live viewers, sharing and info rows.

Each topic has its own window that opens when you click on it.

Warning — saved instantly: The settings in this tab are independent of Publish. When you click Save in each window, the setting is applied to the store immediately and a Settings saved notification appears. So you don't need to click Publish separately for the change.

1) Product Card

The design of the product box the customer sees while browsing in the category/list.

SettingOptions / Description
Card TypeFive ready-made designs: Classic, Minimal, Overlay, Editorial, Compact. Each has a small preview.
Show Variants on CardIf on, variant options like color/size are shown on the card. (Description: Shows variant options like color/size on product cards.)

Tip: Classic is a safe choice for most stores. If you want to highlight images, try Overlay; if you want to fit many products into a tight space, try Compact or Minimal.

2) Page Layout

The layout of a single product's detail page.

SettingOptions / Description
Product Detail LayoutFour layouts: Classic Two-Column (image on the left, info on the right), Gallery Top (image on top, info below), Sticky Sidebar (info stays fixed on the side as you scroll), Full Screen (images at full width).
Aspect RatioThe aspect ratio of the product images: 1:1 (square), 3:4 (vertical), 4:3 (horizontal), 16:9 (wide).
Content LayoutThe display of product information (description, specifications, etc.): Tab (tabbed) or Accordion (expandable sections).
Show BreadcrumbIf on, a "Home > Category > Product" path map appears at the top of the page. (Description: Shows the category path map on the product detail.)
Sticky Add to Cart (Desktop)If on, a fixed "Add to Cart" bar appears when the page is scrolled down. (Description: Shows a sticky add to cart bar when the page is scrolled down.)

Tip: If you have products with many images, Gallery Top or Full Screen highlights the image. For products with long descriptions, Sticky Add to Cart lets the customer buy at any moment.

How product images will be shown.

SettingOptions / Description
Gallery TypeFour types: Thumbnail (small images on the side), Carousel (scrolling with arrows), Grid, Filmstrip (a strip at the bottom).
Hover ZoomIf on, the image zooms in when you hover over it with the mouse. (Description: Zooms into the image on hover.)
Video AutoplayIf on, videos in the product gallery play automatically. (Description: Plays video content automatically.)

4) Discount

How discounts and the countdown will be shown.

SettingOptions / Description
Discount Display TypeHow the discount is written: Percentage (%) (e.g. "25% off") or Amount (₺) (e.g. "50₺ off").
Countdown ActiveIf on, a discount-end countdown is shown on products. When you turn it on, the settings below appear.
Duration (hours)How many hours the countdown will last (e.g. 24).
Countdown StyleFive appearances: Boxes, Inline, Circular, Urgency (with a progress bar), Promotion.
Top LabelThe badge text shown above the countdown (e.g. "DEAL").

Tip: Creating a sense of urgency speeds up sales. For short-term campaigns, Countdown Active + Urgency style creates a strong effect. But showing a countdown all the time reduces its effect — save it for special campaigns.

5) Interaction

The social/trust elements on the product page.

SettingDescription
Live ViewersAn "X people are looking" indicator (shows real-time interest).
Social SharingWhatsApp, X, Facebook and copy-link buttons.
Recently ViewedA scrolling strip at the bottom of the product detail showing products the customer viewed earlier.
Product TagsShows/hides tag badges (e.g. "New", "Best Seller") on the product detail.

Below these there is also Info Rows: short trust/info notes shown on the product detail (e.g. "In shipping within an estimated 2-3 business days"). Each row has an icon and a text (placeholder: "Info text..."). You add a new row with + Add Row (up to 10) and remove it with the delete icon.

Tip: Info rows like "Free shipping", "Secure payment", "Easy returns" strengthen the customer's purchase decision. Keep it few but clear (2-3 rows is enough).

Frequently asked questions

Q: I changed the product card design, which products does it affect? A: All of your products. Product appearance settings are store-wide, not for individual products. If you want to change a single product's image/description, you edit it in the Products section; the setting here only defines the appearance template.

Q: I clicked Save but didn't see it in the store right away. A: The setting is saved (if you saw the notification). When you refresh the store page, the new appearance comes through. This tab doesn't wait for Publish, it is applied instantly.

Q: I'm showing a countdown, but what happens when it ends? A: When the countdown duration ends, the counter on the products stops. The countdown is only a visual urgency tool; it doesn't automatically turn off prices/discounts — you manage those separately from the Discount/Campaign sections.
