Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

You create question-answer pairs; by adding them to products, you answer what the customer wonders about up front.

What is FAQ?

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) lets you prepare the questions customers most wonder about and their answers in advance. Page description: "Create frequently asked questions and assign them to products."

Examples:

  • "When does shipping arrive?" → "Your order is shipped within 1-3 business days."
  • "Do the sizes run small?" → "Our products are standard size, you can check the size chart."
  • "Can I make a return?" → "You have the right to an unconditional return within 14 days."

What is it for? When the customer sees the answer without asking, it both increases trust and reduces the number of questions you get. It raises sales and satisfaction.

At the top there is search and a + New FAQ button on the right.


Adding a new FAQ — step by step

  1. Click the + New FAQ button ("Enter the question and answer.").
  2. Fields (both are required):

QuestionThe question the customer might ask. E.g. "When does shipping arrive?".
AnswerThe answer to the question. You can write a few sentences.
  1. Click the Add button. An "FAQ added" notification appears.

Tip — A good FAQ: Write the question in the everyday language the customer would use ("When does it arrive?"). Keep the answer short, clear and reassuring.


Editing and deleting

  • Edit: ⋮ → Edit. The opened panel's title becomes "Edit FAQ"; change the question/answer and click Update.
  • Delete: ⋮ → Delete. Confirmation: "Are you sure you want to delete this FAQ record?"

Frequently asked

How do I link the FAQ to a product? You can assign the question-answer pairs you created here to products in the product or store FAQ sections.

How many FAQs can I add? There is no practical limit; however, focusing on the 5-10 most frequently asked questions is the most effective.
