Action Buttons (CTA)
You define buttons that direct the customer to an action (CTA = "Call To Action").

What is a CTA / action button?
A CTA is a button that encourages the customer toward a step. Page description: "Add CTA buttons to product pages: WhatsApp, link, etc."
Examples:
- "Ask on WhatsApp" → opens a WhatsApp chat
- "Ask the Size Advisor" → goes to a form/link
- "Get Wholesale Price" → directs to the contact page
You define these buttons once, then add them to the products you want.

Adding a new action button — step by step
- Click the + New action button button ("Enter the action button details.").
- Fields:

- Click the Add button. An "Action button added" notification appears.
Tip: Keep the title short and clear (like "Ask on WhatsApp"). Long titles look bad on the button.
Editing and deleting
- Edit: ⋮ → Edit → change → Update.
- Delete: ⋮ → Delete. Confirmation: "Are you sure you want to delete this action button?"

How do I add the button to a product? From the "Action Buttons" section in the product form, you add the CTA you defined to the product; it appears on the product page.
What can the action be? It's usually a link (a WhatsApp link, a phone number, a page address). When the customer clicks the button, they are directed there.
