Suggestions and Requests (Sending Feedback)
A short form that sends your ideas, feature requests and bug reports straight to the Treyza team.
Where to find: At the bottom of the left menu → Suggestions and Requests Who it's for: Anyone who wants to send the Treyza team an idea, a missing feature, or a problem they ran into In short: A short form that sends your ideas, feature requests and bug reports straight to the Treyza team.
What is it for?
While using the panel you may think "I wish it also did this", or notice something that does not work the way you expected. Suggestions and Requests is the fastest way to tell us.
This form is a one-way message box: you send your message and it reaches the Treyza team. It does not open a chat or conversation window on your screen.
This is not an urgent support channel. If something affects your orders or makes your store unusable, use the Support Ticket link in the left menu instead.
Is this the same as the support tickets my customers open? No. Tickets your customers open are under Customers → Support Tickets. This form is where you write to Treyza.
Where do I find it?
Scroll the left menu all the way down. At the very bottom, just above your user name, there are three links:
| Link | What it does |
|---|---|
| Help Center | Opens the guides you are reading right now. |
| Support Ticket | Used to request support directly from Treyza (opens in a new tab). |
| Suggestions and Requests | Opens the feedback form described on this page. |
When you click Suggestions and Requests the page does not change; a small window titled Send a Suggestion or Request opens in the middle of the screen.
Filling in the form (step by step)
- Click Suggestions and Requests at the bottom of the left menu.
- In the window that opens, click the Type box and pick the option that best matches your message.
- Write a short headline in the Subject field.
- Write what you mean in detail in the Message field.
- Click the Send button.
When the message goes through, "Your feedback was sent successfully. Thank you!" appears in the corner of the screen, the form is cleared and the window closes by itself.
If you change your mind, click Cancel; nothing is sent.
Fields
| Field | Required? | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Type | Yes | Which category your message belongs to. Suggestion is selected by default. |
| Subject | Yes | A single-line short headline. Maximum 255 characters. |
| Message | Yes | The detailed explanation. Maximum 2000 characters. |
Think of Subject like the subject line of an email: something like "Bulk price update on the product list". Put the details in Message.
Type options
| Option | When to choose it | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Suggestion | You think something that already exists could be better. | "It would be handier if the date filter came first on the order list." |
| Feature Request | You want something that does not exist in the panel at all. | "I want to export products into a PDF catalogue in bulk." |
| Bug Report | You noticed something working incorrectly. | "The variant price resets when I save a product." |
| Other | It fits none of the above. | General opinion, thanks, a question. |
How to write good feedback
The more concrete your message, the faster it can be acted on.
Especially when sending a Bug Report, try to write these three things:
- What did you do? — "I went to the Variants tab on the product form and entered a price."
- What did you expect to happen? — "The price I entered to be saved."
- What happened instead? — "After saving, the price shows as 0."
If you also write which screen you were on (for example "Catalog → Products → Edit"), the problem is found much faster.
Frequently asked
Where do I see the reply to my message? This form does not open a conversation screen, and the list of messages you sent is not kept in the panel. For anything that needs a back-and-forth, use the Support Ticket link.
Can I take it back after sending? No. A sent message cannot be withdrawn; send a new message to correct it.
How many can I send? There is no limit on the number. Still, gathering one topic into a single message works better than sending several separate ones.
Do I lose what I wrote if I close the window? Yes. Pressing Cancel or closing the window clears the form; if you are going to write a long message, it is safer to note it down somewhere first.
Does it matter if I pick the wrong type? No. The type only helps classify your message; a wrong choice does not stop it from being read.
