Other — Overview
Four tools that sit outside the sales flow: the Activity Log, Live Visitors, Suggestions and Requests and Notifications.
Where to find: Left menu → Other (plus the links at the very bottom of the left menu and your user menu) Who it's for: Those who want to audit (keep a record of) who did what in their store, watch live who is browsing their site at that moment, review their notifications, and send ideas to Treyza. What does it do?
The Other section brings together the tools that do not directly enter the sales flow but are useful while managing your store:

You can tell the first two apart as follows: the Activity Log looks at the past, while Live Visitors looks at right now. One answers the question "what was done in the panel?", the other "who is in my store right now?".
The last two tools do not appear under the Other heading in the left menu: Suggestions and Requests is the link at the very bottom of the left menu, and Notifications opens from your user menu, also at the bottom. They are gathered under this heading in the help center so that related topics stay together.
Tip: If you work with more than one person (team member), the Activity Log is very valuable: you can see here who deleted a product or who changed a setting.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change something from these pages? Not in terms of store data. The Activity Log shows past records and Live Visitors shows the instant status; no data is deleted or edited from there. Suggestions and Requests only sends a message to Treyza, and on the Notifications page the most you can do is mark notifications as read — notifications are not deleted.
Why did I never get a notification about something in my store? You decide which events you get notified about from the Store Settings → Notification Preferences tab (see Notification Preferences).
