This is the area where the support tickets your customers create are listed; for now, they start to appear here as tickets accumulate.

What does it do?

The Support Tickets page is the area where you view the support/help tickets your customers create about your store. Its purpose is to let you track customer questions and problems collectively in a single place, rather than scattered around.

What do you see right now?

If there are no support tickets yet, the following message appears on the page:

  • Title: No support tickets yet
  • Description: "When your customers create a support ticket, it will be displayed here."

So this screen starts to fill up when your customers open a support ticket through your store. It is normal for it to stay empty as long as no ticket comes in; this is not an error.

Tip: This page shows you customer tickets. If you want to report your own issue to the Treyza team, use the panel's feedback/suggestion sending area.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the page empty? Because no customer support ticket has reached your store yet. When the first ticket comes in, it will automatically appear in this list.

Can I create a ticket from here? No. This area is for viewing the tickets coming in from your customers; tickets are created on the customer side.
