Page structure
- Top header — group name, type and status badges, description and action buttons.
- Statistic cards — member count, total spending, average order.
- Members table — the customers in the group.
1. Top header and actions
At the top is the group name, next to it the Type (Manual/Automatic) and Status (Active/Inactive) badges, and below it the description. The action buttons are on the right — they change based on the group type:
| Button | In which group? | What does it do? |
|---|---|---|
| Add Member | Only Manual | Opens a window for adding a customer to the group by hand. |
| Evaluate Rules | Only Automatic | Re-runs the rules; updates the matching customers. ("Group evaluation started") |
| Edit | Both | Opens to edit the group's information. |
| Delete | Both | Deletes the group (confirmation is requested). |
What does "Evaluate Rules" do? In an automatic group, members need to be updated due to new customers or changing spending. When you press this button, the system re-scans the rules and updates the group.
2. Statistic cards
Three summary boxes:
| Card | What does it show? |
|---|---|
| Member Count | How many customers are in the group. |
| Total Spending | The total spending of the customers in the group (₺). |
| Avg. Order | The average order amount (₺). |
These cards let you quickly see the group's "value" (e.g. how much the VIP group spent in total).
3. Members table
The table titled "Members" lists the customers in the group:
| Column | What does it show? |
|---|---|
| Name | The customer's full name. |
| Their email (if there is none, "—"). | |
| Phone | Their phone (if there is none, "—"). |
| Total Orders | The customer's total number of orders. |
| Total Spending | The customer's total spending (₺). |
| Source | How the member was added: Manual (by hand) or Rule (according to an automatic rule). |
| Date | The date the customer joined the group. |
| (In a manual group) | Remove Member button. |
If there are no members: "No members yet."
4. Adding a member to a manual group
Only in manual groups. Using the Add Member button in the top header:
- Click the Add Member button; a window opens.
- In the "Search customer..." box, type the customer's name/email/phone.
- Check the checkboxes of the customers you want to add from the list. You can select more than one.
- Customers already in the group do not appear in the list (so they aren't added again).
- Press the Add Member (n) button (n = the number you selected).
- The window closes, the members are added to the table.
Removing a member from a manual group
In the members table, click the Remove Member button on the relevant customer's row. The customer leaves the group (the customer themselves is not deleted, they just leave this group).
5. Member management in an automatic group
You cannot add and remove members by hand in an automatic group. Members are determined automatically according to the rules. Therefore in an automatic group:
- There is no Add Member button; instead there is Evaluate Rules.
- There is no Remove Member column in the members table.
- In the "Source" column, members appear as "Rule".
To change the member list, edit the rules (Edit) and re-run them with Evaluate Rules.
Manual vs Automatic — summary of differences on the detail page
| Feature | Manual group | Automatic group |
|---|---|---|
| Top button | Add Member | Evaluate Rules |
| Adding members | By hand (via window) | Automatic, by rule |
| Removing members | Remove Member button | None (automatic) |
| Source badge | Manual | Rule |
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no "Add Member" in an automatic group? Because members are determined by rules; adding them by hand would break the logic. To change the condition, edit the rules.
I removed a member, was the customer deleted? No. Removing a member only separates the customer from this group; the customer record remains.
The members of the automatic group are not up to date. Press the Evaluate Rules button; the system re-scans the rules and updates the group.
