Orders coming from the marketplace (Trendyol etc.) drop in here automatically and are matched with your store product via barcode.

What's the difference from normal orders?

Columns in the table
| Column | What does it show? |

| Order No | The order number given by the marketplace. |
| Status | The order's status on the marketplace. |
| Shipping | The shipping company (if none, "—"). |
| Tracking No | The shipping tracking number (if none, "—"). |
| Date | The order's date on the marketplace. |
| Matched | Has the order been matched with your store product? A Matched badge or a Match button. |
Barcode matching (important)
When a marketplace order arrives, the system compares the barcode of the product in the order with your products:
- If the barcode matches: The order is automatically linked to your store product; a "Matched" badge appears and stock is deducted correctly.
- If the barcode doesn't match: The order waits as unmatched; a Match button appears on the row.
The description on the screen: "An order coming from the marketplace is automatically matched with your store product via barcode. If the barcode doesn't match, the order waits here; you can match it manually with «Match»."
Manual matching
On an unmatched order, click the Match button; the system tries to link that order with your store product. If successful, an "Order matched" notification appears.
Tip — the way to avoid matching: If you keep your products' barcodes the same both in the store and on the marketplace, orders always match automatically and you don't have to deal with it manually.
Pulling orders immediately
New orders are pulled automatically every 5 minutes. If you don't want to wait, you can pull them instantly with the Pull Orders button on the Overview tab. Result: "X pulled, Y created, Z unmatched".
Empty state
If there are no marketplace orders at all: "No marketplace orders yet" text appears.
Frequently asked questions
My order is waiting in "Unmatched". The barcode of the product in the order doesn't match a product in your store. Check the relevant product's barcode, then click Match.
Does a marketplace order reduce my stock? When the order is matched, the relevant product's stock is reduced; that's why matching (and the correct barcode) is important.
Why is the shipping/tracking no empty? The marketplace may not have sent the shipping information yet; it fills in as the order is processed.
