Listings (Sending Products to the Marketplace)
You send your products to the marketplace; you manage each product's status, stock, price, and mapping from here.

What is a listing?
A listing is a product's posting on the marketplace. To "list" a product on the marketplace = to put it on sale on that marketplace.
Buttons on the top bar
- Status filter: Filters the list by status (All statuses / Pending / Processing / Active / Inactive / Rejected / Error).
- Add Listing: Selects a product and creates a new listing.
- Send Products: Sends all eligible products to the marketplace.
- Send Selected (N): Sends only the products you've checked (appears when you select rows).
Columns in the table

| Mapping | The status of the category mapping: Inherited (from the category), Custom mapping (specific to this product) or Not mapped. |
| Status | The product's publish status on the marketplace (below). |
| Last Sent | The stock quantity last sent to the marketplace. |
| Buffer | The marketplace receives a quantity this much lower than your real stock (safety margin). |
| Price | Fixes the marketplace price for this product (if blank, "Automatic" is calculated). |
| Error | If the submission failed, the error description (red). |
| Sync | On/off: when on, this product's stock/price is sent automatically to the marketplace. |

Listing statuses (glossary)
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting to be sent. |
| Processing | The marketplace is evaluating the product. |
| Active | Published on the marketplace. |
| Inactive | Removed from publication. |
| Rejected | Not published due to missing/incorrect information. |
| Error | A problem occurred during submission (see the Error column). |
What do "Buffer" and "Price" do?
These two columns let you fine-tune each product:
- Buffer (stock margin): Say you have 10 in hand and you entered a buffer of 2. 8 is sent to the marketplace. This way, even if your own site and the marketplace sell at the same time, the risk of falling into an "out of stock" situation is reduced.
- Price (fixed price): If you want to fix this product at a specific price on the marketplace, write it here. If you leave it blank, the price is calculated automatically from your product price + commission share.
It's enough to type the relevant value into the box and click elsewhere (blur); it's saved automatically.
Adding a new listing
- Click the Add Listing button; the product selector opens.
- Select the product/variant you want to add.
- The listing is created ("Listing added") and added to the table in Pending status.
- Do its mapping (below) and send it to the marketplace with Send Products.
Mapping a product individually (Map / Edit)
Most products inherit the category mapping. But if a product needs a special mapping:
- Click the Map / Edit button on the row; a panel opens.
- If you want, fill in the category, brand and attributes with AI using AI Auto Map.
- Or manually: select Marketplace Category + Brand, fill in Attributes.
- Attributes with an asterisk (
*) are mandatory; the product can't be published without filling them. - For attributes with preset options you select from a list, for those without you write them yourself.

- Save. A "Mapping saved" notification appears.
What do Attributes mean? The marketplace requires certain information depending on the category (e.g. "Fabric Type", "Collar Type" for a t-shirt). The product won't be published without filling these.
Deleting a listing
You remove a listing with Delete on the row. Confirmation: "This listing will be deleted. If it's published on Trendyol the product stays there, only the sync stops." — that is, the posting on the marketplace is not deleted, only its connection/sync with Treyza is cut.
Common errors (Error column)
If a product is in Rejected or Error status, the Error column shows the reason. The most common ones:

| No mapping | The product's category isn't mapped. Map it from Category Mapping or add a special mapping to this listing. |
| Mandatory attribute missing | Fill in the fields marked * on the mapping screen. |
| Barcode validation error | The barcode is invalid or in use on another product. Check the product's barcode. |
| Brand validation error | Select a valid brand from the marketplace brand list. |
| Image validation error | The image is unreachable. The marketplace only accepts public images. |
| Price validation error | The list price can't be less than the sale price; prices must be greater than 0. |
| Variant validation error | The category requires variants (color/size); make the product have variants or fill in the mandatory attributes. |
Frequently asked questions
I sent the product but it stayed in "Processing". The marketplace evaluation can take time. You can refresh the status with Update Product Statuses (Overview).
What happens if I turn off the sync switch? That product's stock/price is no longer sent automatically to the marketplace; the product stays on the marketplace but isn't updated.
What's the difference between "Inherited" and "Custom mapping"? Inherited = comes from the category mapping (general). Custom mapping = one you made specific to this product (overrides the category mapping).
Category Mapping
You link your store category (e.g. "Men's Shirt") to the marketplace's category once; all products in that category automatically inherit this mapping.
Marketplace Orders
Orders coming from the marketplace (Trendyol etc.) drop in here automatically and are matched with your store product via barcode.
