Subscription & Billing — Overview

Everything about the plan you pay Treyza for is gathered in these three screens: which plan you are on, how much you have used, and how much you have paid.

Where to find: Top menu of the store owner panel → Subscription, Usage, Invoices Who it's for: Store owners who choose or change their plan, track their invoices, and want to see how close they are to their plan limits. In short: Everything about the plan you pay Treyza for is gathered in these three screens: which plan you are on, how much you have used, and how much you have paid.

What does it do?

In Treyza your store is tied to a plan. The plan determines three things:

  1. Which features you can use (for example advanced analytics, live visitor tracking).
  2. How many records you can keep — number of products, categories, gallery files, team members, storage space, and so on. These are called quotas (limits).
  3. How much you pay — monthly or yearly.

These three topics are split across three separate screens. All of them live in the store owner panel, side by side in the top menu.

Tip: These screens are not in the management panel where you handle products and orders; they are in the store owner (merchant) panel. The same panel also holds the Stores, My Company, and Support links.

"What happens if I pay yearly instead of monthly?"Subscription
"I want to cancel my subscription."Subscription
"How much did I pay this month? Where do I download my invoice?"Invoices
"I have an unpaid invoice — how do I pay it?"Invoices
"How many products do I have left?"Usage
"Why can't I add a new product?"Usage
"Is my storage filling up?"Usage
"What is the yellow/red warning strip at the top of the panel?"Usage

How the three relate to each other

These three screens are really links in a single chain:

  1. You choose a plan → the Subscription screen.
  2. The plan gives you quotas → your usage appears on the Usage screen.
  3. The plan is billed → the documents issued pile up on the Invoices screen.

A concrete example: when you upgrade your plan from the Subscription screen, your product limit on the Usage screen grows immediately, and a new invoice for the difference lands on the Invoices screen.

Things to watch out for in this area

Actions that cannot be undone. Some actions here have consequences you cannot reverse with a single click:

  • Cancelling the subscription — if you are within the first 14 days of the subscription start, the subscription closes immediately and a full refund is issued. Setting it up again may be charged again. Details: Subscription.
  • Ignoring a quota overage — records above the limit are deleted automatically by the system after 30 days. Details: Usage and Quota.

Tip: Before doing anything about your plan, look at them in this order: first Usage (am I really at the limit?), then Subscription (which plan is enough?), and last Invoices (what have I paid?).

Frequently asked

Are these screens per store or per account? Per account. The plan, the invoices, and the quotas belong to your company (merchant); if you have more than one store, they all share the same plan and the same quota. On the Usage screen you can break down which store uses how much with Store details.

Can my team members see these pages? These pages are in the store owner panel, so anyone with access to that panel can see them. Actions like payment and cancellation should only be performed by the account owner.

Where do I configure my store's own settings (tax, shipping, checkout)? Those are not in this area; they are in the store settings: Store Settings — Overview.
