Subscription & Billing

Subscription

The page is called Subscription Management. At the top you see which plan you are using and when it renews; below it you see every plan you can choose.…

Where to find: Store owner panel → top menu → Subscription Who it's for: Store owners who want to see their plan, make it bigger or smaller, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or end their subscription. In short: The page is called Subscription Management. At the top you see which plan you are using and when it renews; below it you see every plan you can choose. Plan changes are made here.

What does it do?

The Subscription page is the on-screen version of the "contract" between you and Treyza. You do three things here:

  1. You see: which plan I am on, when it renews, how many days are left, when my trial ends.
  2. You change: move to a bigger plan (Upgrade), drop to a smaller one (Downgrade), switch from monthly to yearly billing.
  3. You end it: Cancel Subscription.

Page structure

At the top of the page there are two tabs:

  • Overview — your plan, your usage and the plans you can choose. This tab opens by default.
  • Account Activity — plan changes, payments and invoice events listed in chronological order. (Described in a separate section below.)

The Overview tab has three sections:

SectionWhere?What does it show?
Current PlanCard at the top leftYour current plan, its status, the dates, and the action buttons.
UsageCard at the top rightA summary of your store and user counts.
PlansBelow the cardsEvery plan you can choose, with prices and contents.

If you are in a free trial, a separate Trial period card appears above these sections (see Trial period).

If you have no active subscription, the Current Plan card only says: No active subscription found.

The Current Plan card

Date lines

Just below the plan name the card shows a few grey information lines. Which ones appear depends on your situation:

LineWhat it means
Renewal: {date}The day your subscription will next be charged (renewed).
Remaining: {days} daysHow many days are left until the renewal day.
Payment deadline: {date}Shown in red. Your payment could not be collected; if no payment is made by this date, your account will be restricted.

ℹIf your trial is still running, its end date is no longer shown here but in the Trial period card above, with a progress bar.

Status badge

To the right of the plan name there is a coloured status label:

BadgeWhat it means
Active (green)All good, the subscription is running.
Trial (blue)You are in your free trial period.
Past Due (yellow)Payment could not be collected and needs fixing.
Cancelled (red)The subscription has been ended.
Expired (grey)The subscription period has run out.
SuspendedThe account is in a restricted state.

Two extra badges may appear next to the status badge from time to time:

  • Cancelling on: {date} (orange) — Your cancellation request was received; the subscription will close on this date and keeps working until then.
  • Switching to monthly: {date} (blue) — A switch from yearly to monthly has been scheduled; it takes effect on this date.

Buttons

The buttons at the bottom of the card appear depending on your plan and status:

ButtonWhen does it appear? What does it do?
Manage SubscriptionIf you are on a paid planOpens the payment provider's secure page in a new tab. Card updates and payment history live there.
Switch to YearlyIf you pay monthlyOpens the yearly billing switch dialog.
Switch to MonthlyIf you pay yearly and no switch is already scheduledOpens the dialog to return to monthly billing.
Cancel SubscriptionIf you are on a paid plan and no cancellation is scheduledOpens the cancellation confirmation dialog. Its text is red.

Caution: If your payment is late (that is, you can see the Payment deadline line), the panel may go into view-only mode. In that case the Manage Subscription and Downgrade buttons become disabled; hovering over them shows: "Your subscription is awaiting payment, you can only view content." The fix is to complete the payment first.

Trial period

If you are in a free trial, a separate card appears at the top of the Overview tab. It shows three things:

  • Days-left badge — at the top right of the card: "{N} days left", or "Last day" if you are on the final day.
  • Progress bar — a filling bar showing how much of the trial has passed. Below it, "{elapsed} / {total} days" on the left and "Ends: {date}" on the right.
  • What happens when the trial ends — a clear sentence: which plan will be charged and how much when the trial ends (for example: "After the trial, the Professional plan will be billed at ₺299.00/month."). If no charge applies, it says "After the trial, you will switch to the free plan."

Colour alone carries no information; the days left and what happens next are always stated in words too.

When your trial ends this card disappears and you return to the normal view. If you cancel during the trial, the cancellation takes effect immediately (see Cancelling the subscription).

The Usage card

The Usage card at the top right has two rows:

  • Stores — written as used / limit with a filled bar beneath it. If you have no limit, an sign appears on the right.
  • Users — your current number of users.

If the data cannot be fetched, the card says Failed to load usage data.

Tip: This card is only a summary. For the full detail of every quota — products, categories, gallery, storage and more — see Usage and Quota.

The plan that fits you

A card that looks at your usage and suggests the plan that fits you best appears from time to time at the top of the Overview tab. It only shows up when there is a genuine opportunity — if your current plan already fits your usage, it does not appear at all.

There are three kinds of suggestion:

SuggestionWhen it appearsWhat it says
A plan that fits you (upgrade)When you are approaching the limit of one or more quotas (before you hit it)Shows which metric (e.g. "Product usage 87%") is near which threshold, and what that limit becomes on the suggested plan.
A chance to save (downgrade)When your usage is well below your current planTells you a smaller plan covers your usage comfortably and how much you would save per month.
Save with annual billingWhen you pay monthly and annual billing is cheaperTells you how much you would save per year by switching to annual.

The suggestions are honest. The word "save" only appears when a plan is genuinely cheaper; the numbers are computed from your store's real usage and the plans' real prices and limits. If your usage is low the system may point you to a smaller plan. A brand-new store with no usage yet is never nudged to downgrade.

The button on the card takes you straight to the matching action: Upgrade plan, Downgrade plan or Switch to yearly. These buttons open the same dialogs described above.

ℹThe same suggestion may also appear as a small line in your daily summary email. It is not repeated in the email unless the suggestion changes.

The Plans list

The lower half of the page has the Plans heading and the plan cards. Each card shows:

  • The plan's name and a short description.
  • Its monthly price followed by /mo.
  • The list of features in the plan. Each line starts with a marker:
    • (purple check) — this feature is included in the plan.
    • (grey cross) — this feature is not included.
  • Numeric features also show their value. For example: "Products: 500". If there is no limit, it says Unlimited.

The card for the plan you are currently on is marked with a purple border.

The button at the bottom of each card

ButtonWhat it means
Current Plan (disabled)You are already using this plan.
Upgrade (purple)This plan is bigger than yours, so you can move to it.
DowngradeThis plan is smaller than yours; you can move to it at the end of the period.
Lower than your current plan (disabled)Moving to this plan is not possible right now (for example you cannot drop to the free plan with this button while on a paid plan).

Account Activity

The Account Activity tab at the top of the page lists your subscription and payment events as a timeline, newest first. Each row has an icon, a description of the event and its date; the amount and invoice number appear when relevant.

Only events that are actually recorded show up here — the system never invents an event. If there is no activity yet, an empty view says "No account activity yet."

Events you may see

EventWhat it means
Subscription startedYour subscription was activated for the first time.
Plan upgraded: {old} → {new}You moved to a larger plan.
Downgrade scheduled: {plan}A move to a smaller plan was scheduled for the end of the period.
Subscription cancelledYour subscription was ended.
Trial ending soonAppears when your trial is close to ending.
Payment receivedA payment for an invoice was collected successfully (with amount and invoice number).
Invoice issuedA new invoice was created.
Payment failedA payment attempt did not succeed.
Payment refundedA refund was issued to you (with the amount).
Payment dispute openedA dispute process started for a payment.

Tip: This tab is a summarised timeline. For the full list of your invoices, PDF downloads and payment links, see Invoices.

If the list is long, paging arrows appear below it; go back and forth to reach older activity.

Upgrading your plan (step by step)

  1. In the Plans list, click the Upgrade button on the plan you want to move to.
  2. The Plan Upgrade dialog opens. It says "Are you sure you want to upgrade to {plan name} plan?".
  3. The system calculates for a few seconds (you see a spinning icon), then shows the amounts.
  4. Check the figures.
  5. Click Confirm. While it works, the button says Processing....
  6. When it finishes, the Plan upgraded! notification appears and the page refreshes.

If you change your mind, just press Cancel; nothing is changed.

What do the amounts in the dialog mean?

LineExplanation
Target Plan Price:The period price of the plan you want to move to.
Current Plan Price:The period price of the plan you pay for now.
Prorated Credit:The value of the days of your current plan you have not used. Shown in green with a minus () sign, meaning it is subtracted.
Amount Due:The result of the calculation above — the real amount that will be charged now.

A concrete example: if you have used half of a 1,000 TL monthly plan and are moving to a 2,000 TL plan, roughly 500 TL for the remaining half month is subtracted as Prorated Credit, and Amount Due goes down accordingly.

Tip: An upgrade takes effect immediately. The new plan's quotas and features open as soon as the operation finishes; you do not have to wait for the end of the period.

If this is your first time moving to a paid plan

If you have never started a paid subscription before, the dialog works a little differently:

  1. First a Billing period heading and two option boxes appear: Monthly and Yearly.
  2. Each box shows the price for that period (/mo or /yr). A green Save {percent}% label may appear on the yearly option.
  3. Click the box you want; the selected box is marked with a purple border and a check mark.
  4. When you press Confirm you do not stay on this screen — you are redirected to the secure payment page.
  5. Once you complete the payment you return to the panel. The message Verifying payment... appears briefly.
  6. When verification finishes, the Subscription created successfully! notification (or Subscription verified. if it was already verified) appears.

Caution: Do not close the browser while you are on the payment page. If you did, do not panic: when you return to the panel the system tries to verify the payment again. If it still does not show up, check the status of your invoice on Invoices.

Downgrading your plan (step by step)

  1. Click the Downgrade button on the smaller plan you want to move to.
  2. The Plan Downgrade dialog opens and tells you: "Your plan will be changed to {plan name} at the end of the current period."
  3. The system runs an eligibility check.
  4. If you are eligible, confirm by clicking Downgrade.
  5. The Downgrade scheduled. notification appears.

Tip: A downgrade does not happen immediately. You keep using the bigger plan until the end of the current period; the switch to the smaller plan happens on the renewal day. So you do not lose time you have already paid for.

The "Your current usage exceeds the target plan limits" warning

If the smaller plan's limits fall below your current usage, a red warning and a list appear in the dialog. The list rows are in the form {feature}: {current}/{new limit}. For example: "Users: 8/3".

In that case the confirmation button does not work. What you need to do is reduce the excess — in the example, bring 8 users down to 3. Then try the downgrade again.

Switching between Monthly and Yearly

From monthly to yearly

  1. Click Switch to Yearly on the Current Plan card.
  2. The Billing Period Change dialog opens: "You will be switched to yearly billing. The price difference will be charged."
  3. Confirm with Switch to Yearly.
  4. The Billing period changed. notification appears.

This change applies immediately and the difference is charged at that moment.

From yearly to monthly

  1. Click Switch to Monthly.
  2. The dialog says: "You will be switched to monthly billing at the end of the current period."
  3. Confirm with Switch to Monthly.
  4. The Monthly billing will start at next renewal. notification appears and the Switching to monthly: {date} badge shows up on the card.

This change applies not immediately but on the renewal day.

DirectionWhen does it take effect?Money movement
Monthly → YearlyImmediatelyThe difference is charged right away
Yearly → MonthlyAt the end of the periodNo charge at that moment

Cancelling the subscription

This is a serious action and cannot be undone. After you confirm the cancellation there is no "I changed my mind" button; if you want to continue, you have to subscribe again.

  1. Click Cancel Subscription on the Current Plan card.
  2. The Cancel Subscription dialog opens: "Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription?"
  3. Depending on your situation, the dialog shows one of two explanations (see the table below). Be sure to read that line.
  4. If you are certain, click the red Cancel Subscription button.

Two different cancellation outcomes

The text you see on screenWhat happens?
"You are within the 14-day window, a full refund will be issued."The subscription closes immediately, the amount you paid is refunded in full, and you drop to the free plan. The paid plan's features close right away.
"Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period. No refund will be issued."The subscription does not close immediately; it keeps working until the renewal day and closes on that day. No refund is issued.

The only thing that decides which text appears is whether 14 days have passed since your subscription started.

As a result of the action:

  • If it was cancelled immediately: the Subscription cancelled. notification appears.
  • If it was scheduled for the end of the period: the Subscription will be cancelled at end of period. notification appears and the Cancelling on: {date} badge shows up on the card.

If you are in your trial period, the cancellation applies immediately and no refund is involved (no payment was collected in the first place).

Watch your quotas. When you drop to the free plan, your limits shrink. Records above the limit are given a 30-day window, after which the system automatically deletes the excess. Details: Usage and Quota.

Manage Subscription (the payment page)

The Manage Subscription button takes you to the payment provider's own secure page. The page opens in a new tab; you do not leave the panel.

There you usually do things like: update your saved card details, view payment history, and reach billing documents.

Tip: If your card has expired and you are in Past Due status, the first thing to do is update your card with this button.

Frequently asked

Do I lose the money for my old plan when I upgrade? No. The value of the days you have not used is calculated as Prorated Credit and subtracted from what you pay.

I downgraded but I am still on the old plan. That is normal. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period; until that day you keep using the bigger plan.

I changed my mind about the downgrade. You can fix it from the same page by clicking Upgrade on the higher plan again. If you are not sure, write to the support team.

Instead of "Upgrade" it says "Lower than your current plan". That plan is smaller than yours and cannot be reached with that button. To move to a smaller plan, look at the cards that have a Downgrade button.

I was redirected to the payment page but did not complete the payment. Nothing changes; you stay on your existing plan. You can start again whenever you like.

Is yearly billing really cheaper? If the Yearly box in the upgrade dialog has a green Save {percent}% label, it is that much cheaper. If there is no label, the yearly price is the same as 12 monthly payments.

Where do I see my invoice? On Invoices. Plan changes land there as invoices.

I cancelled — will my data be deleted? Cancelling ends the subscription. Your data stays within the free plan's limits; the part above the limit gets a 30-day window. The details are on Usage and Quota.
