Customer Profile
A view-only page where a customer's personal information, past orders and saved addresses are shown on a single screen.

What is this page?
When you click a customer, the "Customer Detail" page opens. It contains three information cards about that customer. This page is for viewing only:
There is no edit/delete button on this page. To change customer information you need to go back to the list and choose ⋮ → Edit on the relevant row (see Customer List (and Adding a Customer)).
Note: This page does not have statistic boxes like "total spending" or "average basket"; only the three cards below are shown.
Card 1 — Personal Information
The customer's identity and contact information:
- Profile photo (a gray user icon if there is none)
- Full Name
- Email (if there is none, "—")
- Phone (if there is none, "—")
- Registration date (when the customer became a member)
Card 2 — Orders
The list of orders placed by the customer:
- Each order appears as a card: order number, date, total amount and status badge (Pending, Confirmed, Preparing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Payment Failed, Processing).
- Clicking an order takes you directly to that order's detail page.
If there are no orders: "No orders — This member has no orders yet."
Tip: This card is ideal for quickly seeing a customer's history; you'll recognize your customers who shop the most/least.
Card 3 — Saved Addresses
The delivery/billing addresses the customer has saved:
- Each address appears as a card: address name (e.g. "Home", "Work"), the full address, postal code + country and, if available, full name · phone.
- Addresses marked as a billing address have a "Billing" badge.
If there are no addresses: "No saved address — This member has no saved address."
Note: Address cards are not clickable; they only show information.
Frequently asked questions
How do I edit the customer from here? There is no editing on this page. Go back to the Customer List, and choose ⋮ → Edit on the relevant row.
I want to open one of the customer's orders. Click the relevant order in the Orders card; you'll go to the order detail.
Can I see how much they spent in total? This page does not have a statistic box like total spending; however, you can get an idea by looking at the amounts in the Orders card.
