Frequently asked questions
Can I see a customer's password? No. You can only reset the password (by typing a new password in the edit form). The existing password is never shown anywhere.
Why does "Status" say 'No activity' for some? There is no activity information for that customer (e.g. it means they have never logged in or there is no information).
Where do I see a customer's orders? Go to their profile via ⋮ → View; their orders are listed there (see Customer Profile).
