Form Submissions (Responses)
The responses that customers filled out and submitted are collected here in table form.
Where to find: Form List → on a form ⋮ → Submissions (or click the Submission Count) Who it's for: Anyone who views the responses a form received In short: The responses that customers filled out and submitted are collected here in table form.
What is this screen?
After you publish a form, customers fill it out and submit it on your site. Each submitted response appears as a row on this screen. At the top there is the form's name and the "{count} submissions" info, and on the right a Edit Form button.
How does the table look?
The table's columns are created automatically based on the fields in the form. That is, whatever questions are in your form, each becomes a column:
- Each form field → a column (the answer the customer gave to that field).
- Submission Date → when the response arrived ("2 hours ago" etc.).
- Actions → view (eye) and delete.
Special field displays
- File Upload fields: a "View File" link appears in the cell; clicking it opens the file.
- Checkbox (multiple): the selected values are shown separated by commas.
Viewing a response in detail
Click the eye icon in the row; the "Submission Detail" window opens. Here each field is listed legibly one by one, as label + answer; at the very bottom is the submission date.
When the table is very wide (if the form has many fields), this detail window is handy for comfortably reading a single response in full.
Deleting a response
You delete a response with the trash can icon in the row. Confirmation: "Are you sure you want to delete?" → Delete. A "Submission deleted successfully" notification appears.
A deleted response does not come back.
Pagination
At the bottom there is a rows-per-page selection (10/20/50/100) and page arrows (First/Previous/Next/Last).
Empty state
If no one has filled out the form yet: the "No submissions yet" text appears.
