Form List
The screen where all your forms are listed. From here you create a new form, edit it, view its submissions, and delete it.

Top bar
- Search box: Searches by form name/address.
- Status filter: All / Active / Inactive.
- New Form button: Opens an empty form builder.
Columns in the table
| Column | What does it show? |

| Form Name | The name of the form. Clicking it opens editing. |
| Slug | The form's counterpart in the web address (e.g. iletisim-formu). |
| Field Count | How many fields (questions) the form has. |
| Submission Count | How many responses the form received. Clicking it takes you to the submissions. |
| Status | Active (green) / Inactive (red). |
| Created | When the form was created. |
| Actions | ⋮ menu (below). |
Row actions
In each row's ⋮ menu:
| Option | What does it do? |
|---|---|
| Edit | Opens the form in the drag-and-drop builder. |
| Submissions | Shows the responses the form received. |
| Change Status | Toggles the form Active ↔ Inactive. |
| Delete | Deletes the form. Confirmation: "Are you sure you want to delete the ... form?" |
Instead of deleting a form, you can make it Inactive; this way you take it offline without losing the responses. (Some forms cannot be deleted; in that case a "You can set it to inactive instead of deleting" warning appears.)
Empty state
If there are no forms: "No forms created yet" + "Start collecting data by creating your first form." + New Form button.
Frequently asked questions
My form does not appear on my site. Make sure the form is Active (via Change Status).
