What is a form for?

A form is the way to collect information from your customers. Examples:

  • Contact form: "Your name, your email, your message."
  • Survey: "What did you think of our product?"
  • Application/request: "Dealership application", "custom order request".

You design the form here; the customer fills it out and submits it on your site; you view the responses from the Submissions screen.
