What is a form for?
A form is the way to collect information from your customers. Examples:
- Contact form: "Your name, your email, your message."
- Survey: "What did you think of our product?"
- Application/request: "Dealership application", "custom order request".
You design the form here; the customer fills it out and submits it on your site; you view the responses from the Submissions screen.
