Question Management (List Screen)

The table where all product questions appear. From here you answer, manage visibility, and delete.

List table — columns

Column	What does it show?
(Checkbox)	Selects the row.
Product	The image and name of the product the question is about.
Customer	The name of the customer who asked (or "Guest").
Question	The customer's question. Below it, your answer (with ↳) appears if any. Hover over it or open Answer to see the full text.
Status	Answered / Unanswered.
Visibility	Visible / Hidden (whether it is shown on the product page).
Date	The date the question was asked.
Actions	⋮ → Answer / Show or Hide / Delete.

At the top there is a search box, a status filter, and a visibility filter.

Filters

Filter	Options
Search	Searches by product, customer, or question text.
Status	All Statuses / Answered / Unanswered.
Visibility	All Visibility / Visible / Hidden.

Row actions

In the ⋮ menu at the end of each row:

Option	What does it do?
Answer	Opens a window to answer the question. (Shows Edit Answer if already answered.)
Show / Hide	Shows or hides the question on the product page.
Delete	Permanently deletes the question.

In the window that opens with Answer, the full text of the question is shown at the top; write your answer and click Save. The question you answer automatically becomes Visible and is shown with your answer on the product page.

To see the full question in the table, hover over the question text (tooltip) or open Answer.

Deletion

When you click Delete, a confirmation window opens: "This question will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone." If you just don't want it shown, prefer Hide instead of deleting.

Empty screen

If there are no questions, the "No questions yet." message appears.

Pagination (bottom of the table)

Rows per page: 10, 20, 30... (default 10).
Page X / Y indicator and forward/back arrows.

Frequently asked questions

The question I answered doesn't appear on the product page? The answer is reflected within a few minutes (page cache). Also make sure the question is Visible.

Where do customers ask questions? From the Q&A section on the product page. Customers must be logged in to ask.

Can I hide a question instead of deleting it? Yes, you can remove it from the storefront with Hide; the question stays in the panel.
