E-mail Verification

Where to find: The E-posta Doğrulama ("E-mail Verification") screen that opens by itself when you try to enter the panel; also the Verify your e-mail warning band that can appear at the top of the panel Who it's for: Everyone who has just signed up, and users who say "I can't get into my panel, it asks me to verify my e-mail" In short: Before you can use your account for the first time, you must enter the 6-digit code sent to your e-mail address to confirm that the address really belongs to you.
What is it for?
The e-mail address you enter while signing up is the key to your account: the password reset link, security warnings and important notifications all go there. That is why Treyza asks you to confirm that the address really is yours before you start using the panel.
Verification happens once. After you do it, it never comes up again.
Think of it like the confirmation message you get when you buy a new phone line: you prove the number reaches you, and then the line works normally.
"I can't get into my panel, the verification screen keeps opening"
This is the most common situation and it is not a fault. It works like this:
- You sign in with your username and password — the sign-in succeeds.
- You try to open any page in the panel (products, orders, settings...).
- The page does not open; instead you are redirected to the E-posta Doğrulama ("E-mail Verification") screen.
- The moment you enter the code and verify, you are taken back to the page you were trying to open.
So there is nothing wrong with your account; the system is simply waiting for you to complete the verification step.
Until verification is complete, no page of the store management panel will open. This applies to your team members too: every user verifies their own e-mail address themselves.
The verification screen (step by step)
The verification screen opens on a separate accounts address; its heading reads Güvenliğiniz bizim için önemli ("Your security matters to us") and in the middle there is an E-posta Doğrulama ("E-mail Verification") title with six boxes below it.
- Open your inbox. Find the e-mail with the subject Treyza - Doğrulama Kodunuz ("Treyza - Your verification code").
- Read the 6-digit code in the e-mail (for example
482915). - Type the code into the boxes on the verification screen. You don't need to move between boxes; it advances by itself as you type.
- The moment you enter the sixth digit, the code is checked automatically. You can also press the Doğrula ("Verify") button.
- If the code is correct, Yönlendiriliyor... ("Redirecting...") appears on screen and you are taken back to the panel.
You can copy the code from the e-mail and paste it into the first box; all six digits fall into place at once.
A code is valid for 10 minutes. Once it expires it will not work; request a new one from the "If the code didn't arrive" section below.
If the code didn't arrive or expired
At the bottom of the verification screen there is a Kodu tekrar gönder ("Resend code") link.
- Click Kodu tekrar gönder.
- The text changes to Gönderiliyor... ("Sending..."), then a new code is sent to your e-mail address.
- Right after that the link is replaced by "Kodu 60 saniye sonra tekrar gönderebilirsiniz" ("You can request a code again in 60 seconds") and a countdown starts. When it ends, the link becomes clickable again.
| Problem | What you should do |
|---|---|
| The e-mail never arrived | Check your Spam / Junk and Promotions folders. |
| A few minutes have passed, still nothing | After the 60-second wait ends, press Kodu tekrar gönder ("Resend code"). |
| I have more than one code | Only the most recent code is valid. When you request a new code, the older ones are cancelled. |
| It says "Girdiğiniz kod geçersiz veya süresi dolmuş" ("The code you entered is invalid or has expired") | You may have mistyped the code, or more than 10 minutes may have passed. Request a new code and try again. |
You cannot request codes back to back. You must wait 60 seconds between requests, and the number of codes that can be sent per hour is also limited. If you hit the limit, wait a while and try again.
The yellow warning band
In some situations the panel does open, but you see a warning band with an envelope icon at the very top of the page:
- Title: Verify your e-mail
- Description: "Verify the code we sent to your e-mail address to secure your account and unlock the full panel."
- On the right: the Resend code button
When you press the button on this band, a new verification code is sent to your e-mail address and the button turns into "You can resend in 60s" and counts down. When the code arrives, enter it on the verification screen.
The moment you complete verification, this band disappears by itself.
What happens after you verify?
| What happens | Description |
|---|---|
| You return to the panel | You are redirected back to the page you were trying to open before verification. |
| The whole panel opens | Products, orders, settings — every page works normally. |
| Welcome e-mail | An e-mail with the subject "Treyza'ya Hoş Geldiniz!" ("Welcome to Treyza!") arrives at your address. |
| The warning band disappears | The Verify your e-mail band is never shown again. |
| You're never asked again | Verification is permanent; you don't have to repeat it at every sign-in. |
If you forget to verify
If you don't verify after opening your account, Treyza sends you two reminder e-mails:
| When? | Content |
|---|---|
| 24 hours after signing up | "It has been one day since you created your account and your e-mail address is still not verified." |
| 48 hours after signing up | "It has been two days since you created your account..." — it reminds you that you cannot sign in to the panel until verification is complete. |
Each reminder is sent only once; if you complete verification, neither is sent.
Frequently asked
No code arrived when I signed up, what do I do now? Sign in; you will be redirected to the verification screen. Request a new code there with the Kodu tekrar gönder ("Resend code") link.
I mistyped my e-mail address, can I fix it? Since the panel is locked until verification is complete, you cannot change the address yourself. In that case you need to get in touch with the Treyza team.
Does my team member have to verify too? Yes. Verification belongs to the person, not the store. Every user who enters the panel verifies their own address. Your verification does not unlock your team member's account.
I verified but the panel still asks for it. First refresh the page. If it continues, sign out and sign in again; that is usually enough.
Is this the same as the 6-digit code at sign-in? No, these are two different things:
- E-mail verification code: requested once, when you use your account for the first time.
- Sign-in code / two-factor code: requested at every sign-in or when you sign in from an untrusted device (see Two-Factor Authentication).
Can I skip verification? No. The panel cannot be used until verification is complete.
Why does the verification screen open on a different address? Sign-in, sign-up and verification all happen in Treyza's separate accounts app. Seeing a different address in your browser's address bar is normal.
