Where to find: Left menu → Gallery Who it's for: Anyone who manages all of their store's images/videos/files In short: It is your store's central media library. All images are stored here and organized into folders; product images, blog covers, etc. are selected from here everywhere.

The Gallery is the single hub where all the digital files (photos, videos, PDFs...) in your store are kept. Think of it like the "Files/Pictures" folder on your computer: you create folders, upload files, and edit them.

Where is it used? Every place in the panel that says "Select from Gallery" actually makes a selection from this library:

  • Product images,
  • Blog cover images,
  • Category/brand images,
  • Wheel/campaign images,
  • Email template images...

So you upload an image to the gallery once, then use it again and again wherever you want.

File types

TypeExample extensions
Imagejpg, png, gif, webp, svg, bmp
Videomp4, mov, webm, avi, mkv
Filepdf, docx, xlsx... (cannot be previewed but is stored)

There is a storage limit (quota) depending on your plan; when it is full you cannot upload new files (you can free up space by deleting old files).

Folder logic

The Gallery supports nested folders:

Root Folder
 ├─ Product Images
 │ ├─ Summer Collection
 │ └─ Winter Collection
 ├─ Blog Images
 └─ Campaign Materials

Setting up an organized folder structure from the start (e.g. "Products", "Blog", "Campaign") lets you quickly find what you are looking for later.

In places in the panel where you need to select an image, when you press the Select from Gallery button, the gallery opens as a window. This window has three tabs:

  • All Items: You browse folders and select files.
  • Selected Items: What you have selected so far.
  • Stock Photos: Free Pexels stock photos (see Image Editor and Stock Photos).

From the bottom of the window you can also upload a new file and then select it. The selection can be single or multiple (depending on where it is used).
