Actions⋮ → Edit / Delete.

At the top there is a search box ("Search...") and on the right a New warehouse button. Search works within the warehouse name, description, and address.

Adding a new warehouse — step by step

  1. Click the New warehouse button at the top right. A panel opens from the right.
    • Panel description: "Enter the warehouse name, description, and address information."
  2. Fill in the fields (only Warehouse name is required):
FieldWhat to enter?Required?
Warehouse nameThe name of the warehouse. E.g. "Main Warehouse".
DescriptionOptional short note (e.g. "Main shipping warehouse").
AddressThe warehouse's address. It is a single free-text field — there are no separate boxes for country/city/district; you write the entire address here.
ActiveIs the warehouse active? This toggle appears only during editing. A new warehouse is always created active.
  1. Press the Add button. The "Warehouse added." notification appears.

Tip: When you add your first warehouse, it automatically becomes the Main warehouse and can never be deleted again. For this reason, give the first warehouse the main location you will use most often.

Editing

  1. On the warehouse's row, ⋮ → Edit. The panel opens with the information filled in.
  2. Change the fields you want. In edit mode, the Active toggle also appears; if you want to temporarily turn off the warehouse, you can turn this off.
  3. Press the Update button. The "Warehouse updated." notification appears.

Note: The Main warehouse is always active; you cannot set it to inactive.

What is an inactive warehouse for? If you want to temporarily disable a warehouse without deleting it, turn off Active. Its stock pauses but its record and history are preserved.

Deletion (read carefully)

  1. On the warehouse's row, ⋮ → Delete (only appears on non-main warehouses).
  2. A confirmation window opens:
    • Title: "Delete warehouse"
    • Message: "... warehouse will be permanently deleted. All product and variant stocks registered in this warehouse will be transferred to the main warehouse. This action cannot be undone. Do you want to continue?"
  3. If you click Delete, the warehouse is deleted and all stocks inside it are moved to the Main warehouse. The "Warehouse deleted." notification appears.

Important:

  • Stock is not lost, it is transferred to the Main warehouse. So before deleting, make sure you want these stocks to be collected in the main warehouse.
  • The main warehouse cannot be deleted. That's why the delete option never appears for it.
  • This action cannot be undone.

Empty screen

If you have no warehouses:

  • A warehouse icon
  • "No warehouse defined yet." heading
  • "The first warehouse is automatically treated as the main warehouse. At least one warehouse is required for stock entry." description
  • A large New warehouse button in the center

Search, selection, and pagination

  • Search: Type in the "Search..." box; it instantly filters within warehouse name/description/address. If there are no results, "No results found" appears.
  • Selection: You can select multiple warehouses with the checkboxes at the start of each row (the topmost box selects all). How many you have selected is shown at the bottom.
  • Pagination: 10/20/.../100 rows per page; "Page X / Y" indicator and forward/back arrows.
  • Sorting: You can sort A→Z / Z→A by clicking the column header.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I enter the stock quantity here? Because stock belongs to the product. You define the warehouse here; you enter each product's quantity in that warehouse from the Warehouse Stocks section in the product form (or with Update Stock in the product list).

Do you have only one warehouse? Then all your stock is collected in a single warehouse; you only see a single stock box on products. More than one warehouse is only needed if you have different locations.

Why can't I enter the address separately as country/city? The warehouse address is a single free-text box; you write the entire address there. This field is also not required.

I accidentally deleted a warehouse. It cannot be undone; however, since the stocks are transferred to the Main warehouse, they are not lost. You can recreate the warehouse and redistribute the stocks.
